Lindsay Lohan To JAIL For Violation Of Probation

i wish i'd get dilaudid (hydromorphone) for my wisdom teeth...

:X I got my wisdom teeth out a month ago. They had to drill into my jaw bone to get the one side out. I had to call up practically crying to get a second script when my 30 7.5 lortabs ran out, and I was treated like a fucking junkie the whole time. Sure is great getting your dental work done at a college. Wish I could afford to buy out the name on the top of a prescription pad to get whatever I wanted too.

That dentist should be getting investigated right now along with all the other hollywood docs that lead these people to early graves by not having the respect for their medical professions or balls to say NO

^^ But i just get soo maaadd! :X:X
;) Na, not really. but i do tend to not realize when shit is gettin long sometimes. This broad really sucks tho. Its a slap in the face to everybody who is complyin with their probation and still have trouble with shit and knows they risking their everything if they even mess up the littlest bit....Usually I got some kind of compassion for most drug users and hate to see them go to jail at anytime bcz the laws are un just. but in this case she gives us all a bad fuckin name and she can rot in jail for all i care. cant stand spoiled ass bitches who think they deserve the world.

i look at it as she doesn't have the awareness to effectively direct her behavior

i'm not sure prison will help that at all

i suppose it depends on the person and environment

If this is a arguement about the effectiveness of prison for drug users, i agree with u that its a bad choice.

HOW EVER....

Any regular-ass drug user who aint got the money and power to be in the position that this bitch does, would not get as light of a sentence.

So even tho sendin a drug addict to jail might not be the truly fair or smart punishment, it is the punishment that is there. And while that is the way it is, the high profile rich and famous people who get into the situation that MOST of us would get sent to PRISON for, nevermind jail, they need to get the same amount of punishment as a normal person would.

Sure the system is wrong in itself. But here we aint debating whether its right or wrong to send addicts to jail even tho its obviusly wrong.

The point is that she gets off with a slap on the wrist for doin shit that would send most of us to state prison, and it aint fair in the slightest, its a total joke and mocking the justice system.

Im the first one to tell you that the system is fucked up in so many ways. i aint defendin it or nothin like that.

Just sayin the question here is does this bitch deserve to actually feel a real consequence for her actions for once? yes for sure, becuz she aint some poor helpless addict who cant help herself. It aint like she got caught doin more addict-type shit, got popped for possession again, or had dirty piss tests.

It was just a matter of skipping a alcohol class that she was required by law to go to, becuz she didnt feel like it and didnt feel like she had to follow the same rules as everybody else does.

She was suppose to do XX thing. She was totally capable of doing it, and had no legitimate reasons not to. She didnt try to provide no explanations or documentation of why she couldnt do it. She just thought it was OK to say "well, like, i TRIED, but like...I just couldnt do it!"

That dont fuckin cut it. When you miss a probation appearance you got to have a DAMN good reason, and back it the fuck up with paperwork out the ass. This shit aint no different.

And she missed the class SEVEN times, with NO legit explanation, didnt even TRY to offer one.

THAT right there shows that she obviously thought she could just get away with it like she always does, and this judge was absolutely right to show her that shes wrong to think that.

90 days aint shit. It will shake her up and learn her a lesson but it aint like its a year even. a 90day aint some shit you want to do for fun, but it aint gonna scar her for life or nothing. Also, the jail that she gotta go to is like a fuckin country club yo. Its the same shit paris hilton went to. nice as hell. Shit dont even look like a jail, more like a drug rehab. bitch please, aint like she actually gonna have the experience of how its like to be locked in the county.

I feel as bad for her as I would for anyone in her position. Her celebrity status and the fact that I like her don't really effect it... it's more sympathy for another human being who struggles with drugs and alcohol, as I have in the past.

I don't agree with her being put in jail (or anyone, for these reasons) but I do hope she can stop messing up her life with drugs and drinking before she becomes another hollywood tragedy story. :( I really love her, she's beautiful and such a cool actress.

<3 and good vibes for Lindsay.

i agree that being wealthy shouldn't influence innocence or punishment. like you said, it's the system that needs changing

anyone facing the legal system will do everything they can right? she's just trying to avoid jail etc, which is quite understandable

if you had 5mil sitting in the bank (or in a big duffel bag..lol), would you not use it when prosecuted because you want it to be fair for everyone else? it's never really fair in any case, money or no money. uncontrollable circumstances can put innocents into prison, guilty free, and everything in between
Just sayin the question here is does this bitch deserve to actually feel a real consequence for her actions for once?
people get the "real" consequences from drug use naturally. good or bad depending on how they use. i see jail as a "fake" consequence (unless it's really necessary, if someone has to be off the streets; in such cases i think health institutions may be better though)

I haven't been following her every court date lol, but hasn't she been convicted of DUI 2 or 3 times with multiple violations of terms imposed by the court? She lives in CA and that's up to 2 years jail time right there, not to mention the years of suspended license and the months of drug diversion/alcohol classes that a normal person would have to deal with, plus at least 6 months SWOP for 2 DUIs.

I don't understand how she's getting off with 90 days. There were kids in my SWOP program who were doing 4 days a week, 8 hours a day for 4 months for first-offense graffiti convictions. Of course, that's a property crime and they don't like that at all.

These motherfucking entitled cunts who have enough money to hire someone to come haul their asses out of bed and TAKE them to their classes/court dates, not to mention have enough money to HIRE drivers for every night of the year get no sympathy from me. Giving them lighter sentences flaunts the justice system.

Shit, I know what it's like to be on a destructive path. I know what it's like to be depressed as shit. I know what it's like to make a really bad choice. I got a DUI. I was a fucking asshole and I'm infinitely grateful I didn't hurt any one. But I've never repeated it and I changed my behaviors. But if I had that bitch's money, I would HIRE someone to drive me around. And I'd hire someone to drag me out of my house and drive me to the classes/court if I was completely out of my mind from depression/whatever. How hard is that?

With all of the means rich ppl/celebrities have to avoid the difficulties most of us face when we have to man/woman up when we get arrested, the judges should take those extra means into consideration and increase their punishment accordingly.

[side-note: In SF, the bus service is so bad (it's under-funded, to be fair) that I had to leave work an hour earlier than supposedly necessary because I couldn't count on the bus not being late. 6 months of classes, 3 times a week… the bus came an hour late twice. Came half an hour late about half the time. But my ass was out there every week waiting for it an hour early because they didn't take "MUNI was late" as an excuse. 3 absences within 6 months and you were going to jail for 6 months. This was for a first-time DUI offense in CA.

And I had it easy. Maybe half the kids in my class had been stopped for DWB while driving home from a party and maybe blew .08, maybe. They worked corporate retail 9-5's that weren't forgiving about letting them leave. Some of them had lost their gigs over a first-time DUI. So fuck that bitch. Why the hell isn't she doing the 2 years everyone else has to do for multiple DUI's in CA? And she gets to take Dilaudid and Adderall in with her? Shit, please… ] [rant over for now…]

^^yea thats the point that i was makin in my post earlier, but my rantin drownded it out im sure. This girl got all the ways and means in the world to get where she need to go. She got drivers and assistants out the ass. there aint no reason that she could not get to these classes.

Not only that she missed them but i was readin more about it in a different article and a bunch of the ones she missed was becuz she DECIDED TO GO TO FRANCE INSTEAD....NOT to work like she said, but to go to the cannes film festival. That aint work, the broad just wanted to go out and be in hollywood and prolly try and make some connections since her career is dead as fuck. That aint working, and it sure as HELL aint neccessary...And fuck me, the bitch got enough money that she coulda hired a goddamn private jet to fly her from cannes to LA on the days of her classes and then drive her back there when she was done, thats how much resources she got and yet she just pulls some shit like this. pathetic.

i was sayin just the same thing about there bein no excuses when it comes to probation, IDRC classes (Idk wat they called in CA, but in jerz the alcohol drunk driver drug driver classes are usually called IDRC). you GET THERE, thats it. there aint no reason not to, they expect you to be there no matter wat happens. You dont get a flat tire, or get in a car crash , or watever. you just absent, and if you absent too much, you get violated, thats it. dont matter why.

when the stakes are that high you do everything you can to make sure you there on time even if that means goin and waitin for the bus a hour early, fuck it , TWO hours early, everyday that you got classes, just to make sure youll get there. if it means you gotta have a back up plan for your back up plan incase somethin goes wrong, you do it.

and this bitch got enough money and resources that there aint NO WAY that it would be impossible for her to make it. there just aint no fuckin thing in the world that could justify it to me that could explain as a legitimate reason why she could not make it to the class. regular people like me and all the rest of us would get hit sooo hard with violations, penalties, fines, wtfever if we did not comply exactly with the probation terms, and she is just treatin it like it aint shit and then act suprised when it comes back to bite her in the ass.

Seriously, look at this video i just was checkin out to see just how spoiled the bitch is. when she heard the verdict, she seriously looked like she could NOT BELIEVE , like she was about to have a fuckin heart attack she was so shocked that she actually got PUNISHED for once. (even that, shit. 90 days of 'punishment', oh lord forgive me becuz that bitch deserves a hell of a lot more than that, and its just a straight slap in the face to all of us who face years in prison for violating as much and as often as she did).

nevermind the subtitles they aint really funny. this video is off a humor site but the video part is real and Im just sharin it with yall becuz it really shows just how much of a little, whiney crybaby bitch this girl is.

Video link of lindsay Ho-han crying like a little baby when she hears her verdict, and then freakin out at her lawyer

usually i dont click on video link but this is only about 30 seconds long, its of her as the judge is reading the sentence and she starts crying and doin the "WAAAAT!?!?! NO, WAIT, THIS MUST BE A MISTAKE! THEY CANT BE TALKING ABOUT *ME* GOIN TO JAIL!!! NO, HOLD ON, SOMEBODY DO SOMETHING! TELL THEM THEY ARE READIN THE WRONG FILE! TELL THEM THEY CANT DO THIS!! THIS CANT HAPPEN TO *ME*!!!!?!?!" face, you know that TOTALLY shocked, offended, angry expression that people usually get when somebody says somethin so horrible that they just drop their jaw and go all speechless and open and close their mouth like a fish until they start with the 'i cant believe somebody could ever say that!", etc.

I kno some of yall be like ahhh, video, like me Iusually dont look at video links, and when i see a link to a video i automatically avoid it just cuz its a video link but this one is worth watchin if you been readin this thread , its really just pathetic the way she reacted to this sentence. she is seriously freakin the fuck out right there in the courtroom, tugging on her lawyers sleeve like , MOMMY, MAKE THEM STOPPPPPP!! its sad, this broad is showin just how much she aint nothin but a little girl.:|

The funniest part is that if you look at her lawyers face the whole time, when the bitch starts cryin and shit and the judge says that the 30 day sentences are consecutive, you can clearly see that shes actually smilin or tryin really hard to hold back a smile. damn, this girls own lawyer even thinks she deserves it.

My thoughts exactly!!

I wonder what meds they let her bring in? Adderall & Dilaudid? I would think she would have a sleeper and/or benzo in there also.

peace.
seedless

Sweet P--damn, big suprise huh. Poor fucking baby. waaaaaaaaaaaah. :| like i said before. slap in the fuckin face to all of us who face very real, serious and severe consequences for makin even the tiniest slip up on our probation/paroles, and who would end up locked up even if we failed to comply in some way that wasnt our fault (such as not bein able to get a ride to a probation visit becuz our license was suspended, so the PO violates us, etc), when meanwhile spoiled rotten little cunts like this can treat their sentence like its a joke, and willfully, knowingly refusing to do the (barely even punishment) shit they are required to do, and not even get barely a little smack on the knuckles. it is seriously disgusting.

^ I agree with lacey K about this being a slap in the face to ... well... to everyone who isn't rich and famous.
Rich people and regular people should be treated EXACTLY the same by law.

I also agree that nobody should go to jail for drugs.

So, overall, this is a huge bullshit situation with no real meaning except to remind us all, once again, that the rich get off easy, and, once again, that the war on drugs is taking innocent lives (I'm talking about non-rich people's lives as well).

ive actually seen the video (not with those subtitles, which are pretty lols)

i understand where you guys are coming from, but i can't put myself in that perspectve. i feel like those who haven't grown up yet are a product of our society and we have a responsibility to them. i don't see a criminal, i see pretty much all the younger generation (doesn't speak too well for our future huh? lol) reacting to an environment we've helped to create. and i feel the entire legal/convict system is 100% bullshit and will only make any problems she has worse

just wish there were better ways

this opinion applies to every human who walks through the courtroom doors

i also don't fault her for using what resources she has to lose as little of her life to the system as possible, or emotionally breaking down... if you're gonna break down, being told it's prison time might be a convenient time to do so :)

then again, she does need to just freakin accept that she'll spend a few days in a jail cell...

shit yo, I sure aint part of your generation if you think that I would act like that at a sentencing hearing yo.

There aint no excuse, it aint "our generation." She is spoiled. I am her age just about, aint sure her exact age but i know she is mid 20s and im 23. It aint a generation thing. i wasnt raised like that and neither was nobody i know. There is plenty of kids this age who would never act so pathetic at hearin such a mild aint-shit sentence.

I aint tryna be like "Oh my charges was so much worse, Im so bad ass!" But Im just sayn. I have faced prison time more than a few times, and i mean a few years at least by that. Like alot of yall know from hearin me talk in legal discussion, Im convicted of 2 felonies and my first case was a felony that got disposed thru PTI type thing, so its sealed cuz i completed it, but over all i have had 3 felony arrests. The second time i got arrested I was lookin at not "serious serious" time, but 7+ years in state prison for 2 distribution related offenses. i onyl got off with a great plea becuz of a technicality, thank god for cops not bein able to get warrants with the proper procedure.

The third time i got popped was with a "distribute-able" amount of heroin but thank god they aint charge me with that again and it was just possession. How ever i was on probation already when i got sentence, and they gave me a long list of shit that would happen to me if i fucked up, includin lose my license for a min. of 2 years, and gettin my pleas revoked and face sentencing on both my distribution, and possession charges.,

Then I was stupid, I kept usin during probation and almost violated, where they was about to bring me right downstairs to the jail right there from the PO's office. where not only would i catch a Lohan (90-day VOP sentence) but also the several years for each of my felonies when the pleas got revoked since i was only able to get them under the agreement that if i fucked up probation, i had to go back to square one.

and i never acted like she did and sure as hell never cried in court. Come the fuck on she will not even DO all that time and will do like 2 days, she knows that and she stil crying. God damn.

She aint a product of this society she is a product of hollywood. she was raised in hollywood not in the regular society. thats why she so fucked up, and her parents for pampering her and making her think she is entitled to the fuckin world while feedin her to the lions of hollywood, are the ones to blame this aint the fault of no society im part of.

She was never even a part of regular society always up in the fuckin hills of LA partyin with rich and famous people--too late to say "It was society!' now.

its society for the people who is truly dis advantage, the people livin in poverty, the homeless, all the 'bottom' of society that people want to forget yet its still there, THAT is issues of society. She is a product of High Society. :\

I agree with everything that LaceyK and others have written.

This is a joke and it reminds me of how Paris Hilton went to "jail".

If this had happened to any of us or anyone who is not a rich celebrity we'd have the book thrown at us.
