Lindsay Lohan To JAIL For Violation Of Probation

Apparently they had to move Lindsay to an isolated section of the facility because she started sobbing and wailing after other inmates began chanting "fire crotch" to her.

I was on acid watching the tube when she was crying in the back of a car on the way to jail, I was laughing my ass of in my room. Wasn't it for like only 30 days? :\ :\

Yeah it's disgusting. I'm on probation and I've had my driver's license suspended until early 2011. Sometimes I still drive if I need to report into probation or go to an appointment and I don't have time to catch a bus... but when I do, I drive real careful cos I know if I'm busted I'll be facing 3 months inside. And I doubt I'll be released after only a couple of weeks for "good behaviour" and "overcrowding". :|
 
apparently there have been some protests about her jail sentence

idk if they wanted more or less jailtime i just know there were protests

Even less than 2 weeks. She is set to be released sunday (8/1) night, or monday (8/2) morning. I think she has been in there since 7/20, so it will be just under 2 weeks.

That disgusts me.
 
3months * 25% (average time spent is 25% of total time with good behavior, so i hear) = 3 weeks

unless she has a 2 week jail vacation and will get out in 25% of *that* time? (half a week) idk
 
If you take a look at her mug shot (not the recent one but the one where she was booked a couple years back I think) she looks (imo) tweaked out. It made me laugh.
 
I wonder what meds they let her bring in? Adderall & Dilaudid? I would think she would have a sleeper and/or benzo in there also.

I'm pretty sure she's got an Ambien script too. My girlfriend showed me an article about how she's making lots of friends in prison- no surprise if she's laden with pharms.

if she shares some of her hydromorphone

i'll chill her out after her jail experience...

I know that she was in hollywood at a young age, but even the town that she was raised in on Long Island is a very wealthy town. I have friends in Merrick which is the town she came from. Its all abercrombie wearing rich kids who think that rules don't apply to them either. I have friends from there that were always so much more wreckelss than me, but never got in trouble. A lot of doctors and lawyers live there, so the police don't even bother locking their kids up.

My friend was really rich (real down to earth tho, didn't show that he had money, always said his parents were rich, not him), he had police roll up on him while he was blazing in his car waiting for his girl to get outta work. Well they search his car and find a bag of diesel and a needle. They saw his address on his ID and knew it was the most wealthy area of the town, and it would be a waste to lock him up. They just drove him home, and showed his parents the needle and said "this is what your son is doing, I would advise you not to let him drive a vehicle under your insurance."

I am far from defending the girl, I am just saying that her whole life she has been surrounded by people above the law. Not just hollywood celebrities, but also Sally the coke-head from math class whose daddy is a judge that would get her out of trouble anyway.
 
^ and rather than adjusting punishments so that she gets a worse sentence, lets adjust punishments so that everybody else gets a lesser and more fair sentence

it's shitty what money does. but isn't the only way to counteract that, to just chill out about these moral crimes?

let her outta jail. she's a kid. she'll grow up, and jail will only hinder that. i only say this because i'd say the same for any of us
 
fyi she is out after 14 days, which is ~ the normal amount of time for a person in her situation from what i hear
 
Well she better have to do the full 90 days of rehab. I don't think that they compromise with rehab though, unless it is for financial reasons.

Only time will tell.
 
So after getting out of both jail and rehab early, she has already failed a drug test. And "tweeted" that she failed it. wtf
 
The ridiculous thing is, she has scripts for opies, uppers and downers. She can get completely fuck-faced and still pass her drug test.

They supposedly weaned her off the hydromorphone and whatever amp she had for add.

IIRC the docs said that she was misdiagnosed as adhd, and that she was bipolar so started her on some other meds.

It was crazy that she had all of those scripts though.
