I have over 100 OP's left collecting dust.

Damn, I'm assuming you are prescribed them?? That blows though either way. 100 OPs... from what I've gathered from this thread they're close to worthless. That's a bummer man.

Two more pages of garbage....I dont get it why the loyalty too OC's? Roxys is the same fucking thing.

How are the last two pages "garbage"? Some benevolent researcher discovered the "cure" to this problem that affects a lot of the people on this site...the Ethex generics (or at least it sounds promising), and it's not very helpful to just keep posting "why do you guys care about OCs roxis are better anyway just buy those blah blah blah" because some of us don't have that easy of access to roxicodone (like, y'know...ME for instance) and have a great deal of access to OC. So for people like me, which I'm sure I'm not the only one here who has a way easier time getting Oxycontin than Roxi's, this thread is the farthest thing from "garbage". I'm not trying to be a bitch or be disrespectful but I've seen you post a couple different times on this thread about "just do roxis" and it seriously isn't helpful in any way shape or form.

Speaking of the Ethex generics though, are they starting to be shipped to all major pharmacies across the US or is it just Walgreens? And if so, all that needs to be done (if I've read the posts here correctly) is assuming you had a script for Oxycontin 80mg when you fill the script you just ask for the Ethex 80mg Oxy generics? Will they be cheaper (not street value)?

i did it rather easy , the trick is hold your op 80 with small pliers , holding with fingers will make them jell , grind into powder , do not mess with outer coating , i used a teardrop of M.E.K. , its similar to acetone , but it is used to remove permanant marker and breaks down plastic super fast , put a very little in tablespoon i mean just like a teardrop , add the powdwer , it will not even get wet , just enough to make it moist , it breaks down the plastic in them and leaves oxy behind , it evaporates super fast and u only use a very little bit and it evaporates in no time leaving a nice white fluffy line behind , no more goo , no chemical taste of the m e k , just the quick hit we all missed , M.E.K. CAN BE BOUGHT AT ANY WALMART , i do not imagine it is good for you but what is these days , u can not taste it , it does not burn your nasal passages , the oxy taste great , i do believe it all evaporates , it destroys the plastic in them no more goo , it works so easy and soso good , just do not use very much u do not even want it to be liquid when it is in your spoon jusy enough to make oxy moist ,half a drop to half a 80 and its like oc all over

just tried this with a can of 100% MEK (thanks Home Depot!). Ground down an OP40, put it in a metal tablespoon, used a mL syringe to drop 3 small drops of MEK on the powder, just enough to moisten it all. waiting for it to evaporate then try it. the good thing is that it didn't goop or gel up so even if it doesn't work I'm not left with rubber cement in a spoon %)

i'll report back here in a few minutes with my results.

Short of it: it works, kinda. Long of it: doesn't seem to gel up much if at all, and there's more of a drip than just blowing straight OP, but it's not as much as a regular OC. Definitely works better than straight OP, but again not as good as reg OC. I'd say it's right in the middle between OP and OC in terms of overall effectiveness. Much better than blowing OP, and as close as I've gotten to it feeling like an OC. All I know is my pupils are tiny, and I kicked some ass in modern warfare 2...a sure sign that I'm properly opiated. Gonna experiment with using more MEK, as the stuff completely evaporates away leaving no smell or taste. In fact, you know your mixture is ready when you can't smell the MEK in the table spoon any more. Good luck and be smart!

YES, get them from 1 DR. Ive had 2 surgery's on my back since 2006 after falling while working on a steam turbine.
I was feeling like shit about an hour ago so I tried choping 1 of them up in2 8 bits, ate some chips with coke. I do have to say I feel something I didn't when I took them whole. I want to hold on2 the old 1s as long as I can.

about the M E K , u guys owe me a atta boy , i am no chemist and to discover just to get it moist and stead of saturating it is the trick , i will say make sure u use enough though as i did not on one and got a little stuffy , no long blue gobs but a little congestednothing a hot shower won't solve , i think if a few of us experiment a little more we will have it down just like the old ones , u def. get off and the stuff disappears so rapidly , just be careful and use good judgement not sure if u would want to try iving it but a toot is wonderful with no congestion , not quite the taste of old ocs but alot better then ops , hopefully our worldcomes back to normal , one last thing should buy a gallon of m e k they will probably outlaw it

ok first off i got old oc's yay..........second i experimented with some methods.......what you do is get a dremel tool (does not have to be made by dremel) but the tool tht puts attachments on them, use the attachment tht is orange and hard. Now tht you got your tools make sure you do not touch the op with your hand, I used plyers tweezers are to tweak to hold the pill with all the friction from the dremel. Set your dremel on the lowest setting put pill on the right side so the dust goes down not up. Grind away at that baby as you could tell ur getting dust yay ..........(not done yet) REMEBER NEVER EVER TOUCH THAT PILL OR THE POWDER IT WILL GEL INSTANTLY. Ok now you got your powder next step is to crisp it. Get a spoon put the powder in the spoon, ith a lighter out flame under spoon cook tht powder until it starts to smell real sweet but do not I repeat do not let it get brown or you just burned the good stuff..........What you want is the powder to stay on spoon....ok get the razor blade and scrape tht off the spoon chop it up again and out tht sht up ur nose my freinds..........Now this is nowhere near the old ones so dont expect it to be just a method I used but will never use it again cuz the government and purdue killed my best friends Im getten sober after these old ocs are done hope this is helpfull for all of you that are not quiting..........

this method does not work, ive tried the crisping method in a spoon and the shit turns to a gooey gel that cannot be scraped off the spoon and chopped up like powder..

i say the best way as of right now is the MEK trick...

i would personally try this but im almost out of op, so im going to get another 1 or 2 and try this out..


as for prices they have come down, and i think they will come down more as more and more ppl experience this new OP...

i was offered a 30mg roxi for 30 dollars today, i promptly refused.

id rather go with a OP and play with it, let me tell you all that grinding it down with a PED EGG or similar works and u can toot it as normal, toot it really fast and u still get high, atleast i do and im not running a high tolerance.

I used my microplane to grind up an op 40 earlier, it's way better than a ped egg ever though about being as far as grinding pills up into a nice snow powder. Anyways I tooted it extremely quick without getting anything stuck in my nose or getting it clogged up and I didn't feel anything from it whatsoever. A 40 wouldn't get me really high but I should have still felt something but I got no results whatsoever. Plus the op's do not drip whatsoever. I guess they just stay in your nasal passage. 6 hours later my nose isn't clogged but I would say its at about 70%. I can tell there's some kind of gunk still in there and i'm sure when I wake up tomorrow it will be clogged as hell. I was hoping I would feel something as I have read a few reports of people feeling something by doing this not only on this site but a few others. So i'm kinda disappointed. I'm gonna go get some MEK and see if I can't get some results. I've also thought about breaking up the OP with a roxi and doing a line of them together seeing if the OP's would somehow drip down together. Then i'll repeat the same thing except use the MEK on the OP before hand then mix. I don't even think that the Gel from the op's dissolve in your nose because everytime I've snorted one i'm always pulling gel out of my nose I'm starting to think its just a waste. I love my roxi's for break thru pain and would rather take them orally then snort them just because they last longer. And since the new OP's aren't worth a shit I would rather snort them since there's nothing like that instant relief when you're in a lot of pain. So I really hope we can come up with some way to make these op's effective nasally so I can quit wasting my roxi's!

I believe acetone to be a "better" solvent than MEK, meaning it works on a wider range of polymers and such. I'm not sure if it will evaporate completely or leave a residue behind though. Please be careful using these solvents.

Seems like acetone is commonly used to clean lab glassware. I think it will evaporate pretty completely because they wouldn't want it contaminating future projects with residue. Keep in mind this stuff is a hydrocarbon and is flammable.

^I believe the Ethex brand is only available in 80s and 40s as of today. All Purdue with OP on it are all the new formula. I would take Opana ER today. US is the only place that is getting the OPs. If you want to be an ass and charge more for Roxy's then go ahead. If you would read the entire thread, you would have found the answer to all your questions, plus a little bit more insight on the new OPs.

Tried the M.E.K today..unfortunately for me M.E.K. is the one solution that doesn't come in a small container at my local Lowes, but $21 got me a lifetime supply if I use as little as I did. Firstly I used a ped egg to do as much as I could in terms of grinding/shaving..it reminds me of shaving model car parts when I was a kid..looks almost the same as well. I tried as hard as I could to not touch or let any moisture hit the pill and went as far as using gloves. I then put a minute amount of M.E.K. in a straw and dropped it in the spoon...I waited, like you guys recommended, until I no longer could smell the solution which almost has a butterscotchy smell until it evaps... I let it all sit for almost 10 minutes to ensure dryness and evap and snoot a toot tooted the new powder. I did not get any OXysemen clogging my nose, nor did it hurt or smell like any chemical had been added..I can honestly say that it didn't do for me what our OC's used to do for us but it wasn't half bad and really wasn't a whole shit ton of work. So after feeling pretty decent on two snooted OP40's I decided to chew one OP80..strictly used my front chicklets and broke it into so many pieces I was immensely bored from all the chewing, I then gargled and swallowed with some Pepsi ThrowBack and choked down a BK Buck Double..honestly I felt like I did an Old 80 and a half, and the high lasted for longer then it seemed it used to...hope this helps..im depressed like all of us about this new switch but hopefully it helps those that need it because lets face it some people do not know when to stop

edit: for those who don't know and are scratching their heads M.E.K. stand for Methyl Ethyl Ketone and it is common, don't think you need to be a chemist to obtain it

benzyl alcohol is also a solvent for inks and plastics and is used for developing photos and stuff but it's also a *great* antimicrobial/bacterial for homemade solutions at just 1%.. but that's not what we're talking about here, but i believe benzyl alcohol would take off the coloring and any plastic and (maybe/hopefully) some wax..

If you have snorted 100+ Opana ER you are at very high risk of Silicosis (GOOGLE IT) the thing is it takes 5-15 years for your lungs to shut down after you are exposed. So many little kiddies snort OPANA and are walking around as ticking time bombs of death and they have no idea.

If you have snorted 300+ OPANA ER you should go to a Doctor tell them and see how you can start preventative treatments. 300+ was calculated to be enough to practically guarantee Silicosis and lung death.

as was mentioned in the question you posed, the silica can easily be filtered out using the appropriate sized micron filter.

So (roughly) 160mg's felt like 120mg's of the older OC's?

When I took them orally, I felt like I got less than half of what I should have (going by the old OC doseage).

I figure if we can get it to 75% potency and getting them at a discount from the old prices we should be good to go.

So after continuing to try methods here, eating seems to be the best way, especially when u mix fatty foods with it, i used pepsi...
i chewed some and been bent for about 3 hours.

now i had broke down some powder and been chewing that while washing it down with soda after i get that funny taste in my mouth and im def feeling it.

now im going to try some with some macorni salad lol.
