Valium everyday....Why not?

honestly, if you dont plan on taking it the rest of your life, i dont see the point of taking it every day, youd be better off just taking 5 or 10 MG whenever you really need it, whats the point of taking it every day if your eventually gonna just taper off

Correct me if I'm wrong but 5mg is an incredibly low dose is it not?
no, it's a solid dose for legit anxiety relief or just chilling out. 10mgs is not unreasonable either. once you leave that dose, you enter the world of possible benzo-related troubles. people are foolish in thinking they will get more of the positive effects by taking large benzo doses. you are just ruining the subtle, positive effects you can get from a reasonable dose. taking several xanax bars, triple digit valium weights, anything like that, in one day is downright dumb. sure, if you are an addict it is hard not to be dumb, but a lot of users have no excuse.

you need 50mgs to feel it these days? then the good part is over. hope you didn't rush through it.

Third thread you posted this in.....

HAUNTING YOU.

I'm usually very patient on this forum, but EEhouseEE you are rediculous.

Search this, and dont triple post.

is it dangerous to mix caffeine or tobacco with valium

No it is not dangerous, although it is a little self defeating as both nicotine and caffeine are stimulants and will combat the sedating effects of Valium. Also caffeine taken during an episode of anxiety or panic can make it worse by increasing heart rate, blood pressure and body temperature.

^ Cafeine acts as a stimulant to counter the effects of the benzo, but nicotine, although a stimulant too (and one could argue a depressant too in certain occasions), doesn't counter the effects stimulation-wise, but by inducing a faster catabolism of the benzo in the liver.

Just wanted to point that out.

Try 10th or 11th. He has had numerous threads on the exact same subject closed already, and yet he continues to post thread after thread on the same thing- some variation of "benzo addiction". How many ways can you ask the same question?

what are you talking about man can u not see i stopped making threads about it when u guys told me, like shit chill with that....all i do now is post on the threads i already made.

I found it right away. I typed in
1. Benzos and caffeine
2. Benzos and nicotine
3. Benzos and alcohol
I am talking about the search engine built into this site if you didn't know.

And for real dude we can't be babysitting you. What were you at a party and somebody offered you a cigar, and you said wait, let me go on bluelight to see if I can mix the two? Then got offered coffee and you went and did the same thing?

umm no thats not it llol....i just wanna make sure i know what iam doing is safe and not stupid before i do it. iam just curious so i got lots of questions and if you dont wanna asnwer my questions then just dont lmao.... i dont see how it effects you

It's not just me. The first page can only show so many threads, and when 3 of them are yours then it puts others back in other pages. Also, when you post the same question it is a waste of resources to have a lot of different people answering something that has already been answered in threads that you could just have searched thru.
It's also a pain for the mods to have to close your threads.

If you have this many concerns about valium, don't do it.

brain damage? ummm as long as he conducts a medically supervised taper to avoid major seizures and shit you will not get brain damage. what kind of bullshit are you spewing

not bullshit. benzos can cause brain damage in long term high dose abuse.

Abrupt withdrawal from very high doses is even more likely to cause severe withdrawal effects. Withdrawal from very high doses of temazepam will cause severe hypoperfusion of the whole brain with diffuse slow activity on EEG. After withdrawal, abnormalities in hypofrontal brain wave patterns may persist beyond the withdrawal syndrome suggesting that organic brain damage may occur from chronic high dose abuse of temazepam. Temazepam withdrawal has been well known to cause a sudden and often violent death.

Yes, because Wikipedia is such a reliable source. I can go on there and change it to say you will shit out of your mouth and have urges to be the star of a donkey show.. but that doesn't make it true. Benzos alone do not cause brain damage....

it's not wikipedia. it's wikidoc.
wikidoc is editted by actual medical doctors (and only doctors).

if u had clicked on the link, u would've realized that the editor in chief of the article is C. Michael Gibson, M.S., M.D.

here is his info: Editor-In-Chief: C. Michael Gibson, M.S., M.D. [1] Phone:617-632-7753

so, i'll take the word of a doctor who has backed his info with researched data on actual long term temazepam abusers over your drivel.

I can personally vouch long-term temazepam abuse fucked both me and a friend of mine. We have never been the same.

Valium though? No.

Temazepam is unique in its neurotoxicity compared to other benzos.

i wouldn't go that far. if temazepam can cause brain damage, then i'm confident other benzos can aswell. if not valium, then other strong hypnotics for sure. there cant be that big of difference (at least no between temazepam and other strong hypnotics like nitrazepam, triazolam, etc).
