Valium everyday....Why not?

Benzo's put holes in your brain with daily usage. yes that includes valium. I had a 2 week period where i dont remember ANYTHING due to a severe manic episode and all they gave me was valium.

even in some users low doses can do this.

and whatever lord, while the high feels nice and soft, benzos are far from a "soft drug."
 
I used benzos and benzo-related drugs at very high doses every day so I think I know benzos a little more than you do. I'm now on just 4-5 a day. The benzo high is soft and benzos themselves are *relatively* soft drugs. Granted, the WD from long-term use usually isn't soft.

And someone do the research for me but I don't think benzos cause holes in your brain, let alone lesions.

essentially in theory theres nothing actully wrong with taking 2 a day as prescribed esspecially if the doctor wants to keep it at steady level in the bloodstream but they are very addictive and tolerance builds fast the one good thing is that diazepam is a long acting benzo so withdrawls come on not so abrupt as say lorazepam a powerfull but shorter acting benzo what i mean by shoter and longer acting is the time the drug is in the bloodstream but if you can manage 1 a day or 1 every other day it can only help because you will not become so dependant and if a serious anxiety provoking situation occurs that one will not relive symptoms then if your allowance allows you maybe you could take one extra you see im only saying occasionally and when the 1 tablet and all other methods of anxiety ellimination have failled i can say this because used benzos for several years now good luck my friend:)
 
All I will say is I have been taking about 3mg clonopin for roughly 6-7 years. If I had a time machine stopping my doctor from writing those pills would top killing hitler. Benzos are bad mkay?

agreed my life is a fucking mess since i started down this path and i cant quit
