So I've been reading a lot about Valium on this site and i see lots of people saying to not take em every day, but when my doctor prescribed them to me he told me to take 5mg in the morning and 5mg at night and repeat each day. So whats so bad about taking them everyday?
If he told you to take it twice a day, chances are that you have some relatively bad anxiety.
Ive never takin it in a repeated, prescribed manner, such as the doc suggested you do, but I have a relative who has been taking valium every day for as long as i can remember.
If there is brain damage, then brain damage is pretty fuckin sweet: Cousin Forensic Bob is one of the happiest, successful relitives i know. Sure, his not having a care in the world leads him to bad decision making, but overall hes doing ok.
When trying to figure out if becoming dependent on valium, which is one of the most effective, least unpleasent benzos of them all, you must ask yourself a few questions:
How bad is my anxiety?
If i had them, would I take alot at once to get a big high or take it as perscribed as to keep a low-yet effective- blood level of valium at all time?
Can I afford the medication?
Am i at ease with the fact that this drug will become a major part of my life?
Am i taking it to fix a problem or get a fix?
If the anxiety is that bad and based on the answers it is worth it/you wont abuse it,
+you are willing to at least try to do without it once your life is together and you have nothing to be anxious about...
then by all means, take that shit.
