A nice procedure were to IM/SubQ a dose wait 1-2min and then slam a smaller dose IV.
God i hope my supply has one more gram or atleast quarter of a gram.

How much does 1gram of powdery crystalls Ketamine go for in the US and UK ?

Anyway do some of you add something to your bupe solurion to get "something" more out of it?
Hydroxyzine - sometimes at night. Koffazone (400mg Phenazone & 50mg Caffein) - this i only use to add to clean pure street amphetamine for greater ryýúsh IVed, but tried it with bupe too.

And soon to come Midazolam 7,5mg...will be fun.

If thats the case ill switch my Atarax prescription to Lergigan.

Jesus dude, you are all over the place. No offense but its hard to provide you with answers when your post reads like an undirected stream of consciousness.

Also, its against the rules to ask about prices (except for in the official price thread)-so no one here will answer your question about ketamine prices.

I can tell you that many people here do add hydroxyzine to their shots of bupe (I believe Jasoncrest is a big fan of this). Sounds to me like you are doing too much hydroxyzine. You mentioned using 3X25mg of it. I think that anything over 25mg of it is overboard.

And yes, the midazolam should be enjoyable.

Lastly-with all this shooting of pills you are doing, I really hope you are practicing safe injection techniques. You really should be micron filtering your pills. If you haven't been doing this you should check out the micron filter mega thread

DeLee - Ketamine and Suboxone go well together for me. We can't tell you how much K runs for, I think you should know that by now. :)

I prefer 5mg to 6.25mg of hydroxyzine with my buprenorphine shot. I don't always use hydroxyzine, just some times.

Midazolam and buprenorphine are *wonderful* together.

I haven't recently had promethazine, but I am sure I would prefer hydroxyzine to promethazine.

DG summed it up nicely though, anything above 25mg of hydroxyzine per shot is somewhat overdoing it. At 10mg per shot, I was very sedated from the synergism, and I always use less than 10mg per shot now.

^if/when you get to that point, it's most likely because the bupe is still working enough...believe you me, when it wears off you'll know, although in the very best case you'll only have a slightly ache back, and more mild issues like that for 48hrs max...and then loose stools and things of than nature for maybe a week? ...that's one of the great characteristics of bupe maintinance vs. ILLEGAL and unpredicatable "NOT-methadone maintinance"

Ahh yea I'm feeling a bit worse now. My back and legs ache and I'm finding it slightly difficult to concentrate, but this is definitely tolerable for 2 or 3 days. Might get some Tylenol PM in case I can't sleep tonight. I'm already about 80 h into it so I'm not going to turn back at this point...
 
Damn I am actually starting to hurt pretty bad now..

It's harder knowing that I can easily make it go away...

Going to try to just stick it out. I think it will be worth it.

I would recommend doxylamine succinate.

I would recommend 25mg to 100mg*, I have only ever needed 25mg it knocks me the fuck out. It's very sedating compared to diphenhydramine.

*take 25mg at a time, as needed, until you can fall asleep at night, or for desired anxiolytic relief.

Doxylamine is found in...

Unisom, Nyquil.

And some other generic forms of just doxylamine succinate.

Suboxone without W/D's (maintenance) to curb cravings

Hey everyone, introduced myself about a week ago and found out I took this random name I thought up and managed to copy a mod. Anyhow, I've been addicted to opiates for years now (oxycontin the whole time, prefer it to heroin). My problem is I keep relapsing even after rehabs and whatnot. I don't get bad withdrawals cause I haven't had money to support my habit regularly. However, without needing to pawn or do favors, I just started working again and my checks will be enough to get back on that ride to hell. I dunno, I've tried really hard but I just can't hack it on my own. Oh BTW, also even after a few days off or a week it takes a few 80's to feel good (just to give you an idea of where my tolerance and addiction is at).
Now with my background in mind, I decided (after talking to my parents) that going on suboxone for a little while till I can handle having money and living normally would help me adapt. However, I am aware that (from what I understand) doctors want you to be in withdrawal when you show up. My appointment is next week with the Sub DR and I'll probably use if I can. I don't want to have to do my usual grimy business and get high for a few days so I can show withdrawal symptoms. Any suggestions, advice, or experiences people can share for what they think will work? It'd be greatly appreciated, thank you. I'd rather not have to get high for some help to put cravings aside through medication and the knowledge I couldn't get high if I wanted to. I've bought Sub many times before from the street and know how well it works for me without getting me high in any way.

PS. I know there is a giant bupe thread but I figured this warranted a different thread as it is a unique situation. Muchas gracias muchachos :\
 
I would wait until you actually relapse, and then go in once you're coming down. That would be my best advice to you.

If you can manage to relapse without going on Suboxone that would be better obviously, but isn't possible for many people.

Question on injecting subutex

Hi SWIM just injected subutex for the first time 4mg worth and felt a little somethinf waited about an hour and did another half and I can tell it worked but nothing big...SWIMS tolerence is somewhat high SWIM can do about 240 mg worth of oxys with no problem but does not do opiates on a daily basis maybe 3 or more times a week...SWIM has one more half of an 8mg TEX left do you think if Swim boots this now he will feel that much better or dou you think SWIM should just save that half for another day???
 
Ok well SWIM ended up just injecting the last half about 15 min ago...SWIM feels ok but nothing really that good considering SWIM booted 12mg worth in a 2 hour window to make SWIM actually want to go through the hassle of doing that on a regular basis...

You can say "me" or "I".

It's better if you taper down first, and use smaller doses for IV.
