Look at a Lexi-Comp drug information handbook they have all the p450 inducers they have 8 enzymes of p450 and which ones are substrates,inhibiters and inducers and its a good handbook overall
 
Lozgod, about Proglumide, I'm personally very skeptacle that there's something like that that exists, and somehow it's NOT bad for your body...to turn off the body's natural defense mechanism against opiod abuse.
 
I heard something abot grapefruit juice. drink some before taking them. actually, i think that only works with oxy's..yummy
 
potentiator(grapefruit juice)

yes grapefruit juice is a potentiator...best way is to get fresh whole fruit and make your own homeaid juice..drink two glasses per every 1mg of benzo.excluding klon;for that benzo its 1 glass per .5mg....im not too sure if it potentiates opiates though...just benzos i thought
and be carefull if you drink too much while on high doses of benz can produce a OD..especially if mixed with and Opi

also vtm B powder helps with extractions,thats a dif world altogether lol
 
Ok this may be off topic but I thought I would ask anyway....has anyone heard of a pill called EMBEDA..its morphine sulphate and neltroxone!!!! I dont get it...I did find out that it was brand new and it may have been made to not be abused

the other night swim was a little d-sick from dulodid they gave swim in the hospital,so swim got their hands on one 30mg rox and picked up 8 of these 20mg embeda's..took half of the 30 and two of the embeda's..now he didnt do any research on these before he took,besides of looking at the brand new script swim had... he was drinking capt morgan all night..bad idea...anyway later swim opened three of the capsules which contained pellets..he proceeded to snort them...ended up doin all eight along with the whole 30.
the next morning he felt ok...how is this possible if these things contained naloxone???and how did swim not die with 4mg's of alprazolam pint of capt and 30mgs of oxycodone along with 160mgs of morph and 56.5mg's of neltroxone...lol

Grapefruit juice (100% Pure) most definitely works to potentiate opiates. At least in my personal experience, That and a nice fat joint of some chronic!
 
As with many other opioids, it is quite possible to reduce the amount of hydrocodone needed to stop a certain level of pain by having the patient take the hydrocodone along with one of the medications with analgesic-sparing properties, also known as potentiators. The most common, one of the most effective with hydrocodone, and safest is hydroxyzine. Orphenadrine, nefopam, carisoprodol, and antihistamines also potentiate most opioids. Especially in the case of carisoprodol, it is imperative that the titration and addition of the potentiator be done under strict supervision of a physician.

Hydrocodone also interacts relatively well with most adjuvant and atypical analgesics used for severe and neuropathic pain such as first-generation anti-depressants, anticholinergics, anticonvulsants, centrally acting stimulants, NMDA antagonists, etc. Hydrocodone can usually be successfully used with duloxetine (Cymbalta) for neuropathic pain, especially that from diabetic neuropathy, provided that the patient has normal relative and absolute levels of Cytochrome P450-related liver enzymes.

I take 40mg's of Oxycodone a day. Almonds. It's the magnesium in them that potentiates. Almond butter works, but I like to eat raw almonds with Hershey's dark chocolate, and quinine. Also, I have found that baking soda or Alka Seltzer works, but best in conjunction with almonds. Always almonds. And white grapefruit works, but pink/red don't do the job nearly as well. Phenergan and Benadryl work, but again, with almonds. Almonds are the best friend of Oxycodone! I hate taking benzo's with opiates because IME, it changes the high, and sometimes totally lessens it to the extent of anger!! Grr. There is a muscle relaxer called Tizanidine that I take with my Oxy and almonds. I take 1/4 to 1/2 of the tablet and nod like a goof. Drool. Yay. Just take it slow with the muscle relaxer until you find what the right dose it for you. I usually don't take the potentiators until I start feeling a buzz coming on. Hope that helps!!
 
Had to share this today. Today I am getting my oxy, soma and other prescriptions...gotta be at the docs by 11:30 gonna leave soon. Can't wait to snort a big line. Also, I am determined this time to try and inject an oxy, but I can't figure out how to do it. I will not waste a pill trying to figure out how to do something I've never done before. Will post later.
 
Hydromorphone / dilaudid potentiation

I'd sure love some ideas on how to best potentiate hydrmorphone. I've tried Tagamet and benadryl and they did absolutely nothing for me - in fact when I used those the dilaudid ended up having no effect on me at all!

The only thing I've tried that seems to work is dxm - I drink half a large bottle of Robo and about an hour later I plug a few dillies. That certainly sends me on a trip, but I'd like to explore other options.
 
for otc.. doxylamine succinate maybe?? or maybe not since you said nay to the benadryl which is also a antihistamine..

try just 50mg benadryl.. that should work. i find any higher dose than that with opiates it tends to give me unwanted side effects/ feelings.
 
I've included 2 salient examples of potentiators in my "golden bullet for opiate tolerance and habituation" post. Hoping that if it drums up interest it can just be merged with this one. The chemicals are piperine and ULD Naltrexone (Medical information cited)
 
Can someone suggest what I can try to get something out of my dilaudid pills again? I've been plugging for a year and over the last few months have watched my ability to get high off them basically disappear.

I tried taking Tagamet and benadryl before my dillies but it didn't work.

I'm open to suggestions. Or, if anyone out there HAS been able to potentiate hydromorphone with Tagamet and benadryl, please tell us exactly how you did it.
