The Big & Dandy 2C-I Thread

intense psychedellic episodes often include mixed, scrambled or nonsensical attempts at communication. seems like she got "stuck" somehow and got it out.

despite me and the fellers normal difficult attempts at forming tanglible linguistics we usually get our whole points across to one another with body language, pointing or shape drawing with the hands.
 
Today is my 5th 2-ci experience.
A light dose was taken. 12 mg.
Had the same annoying side effects as last trip with 15mg.
Numbness of my whole body, especially my legs.
Don't think I will do 2-ci again.
I do not have much stimulation, but the numbness is REALLY annoying.
 
Never experienced or even heard of someone experiencing numbing sensations on 2c-i. I wonder what would cause that.
 
have you tried physical activity to combat the numbness? bring bloodflow to the legs with walking/jumping/dancing etc...
 
I not only dont get the numbing effect of the legs, in fact, the more 2C-I I take, the more my legs and arms itch, like an electric itch.
 
The 2c-x research chemicals seem to have alot of variation between different people. I haven't tried any yet but would in a heartbeat. I have it narrowed down to a choice between I or E.

I seems more reliable so far in terms of experience.

2C-I is more "recreational", 2C-E is more "serious"

If you want something to take to go to clubs or something, get 2C-I, if you want serious psychedelic trips, get 2C-E. Or do what I do, and buy a gram of every drug your supplier sells >.>
 
^ hehehe that sounds like fun...

I would agree I is the recreational one out of the 2...although 2C-E CAN be, given the right set & setting...I did it down the pub once, then back to my friend's house and watched the grass turn a shade of purple and grow really tall and pulse...was wicked.

But have had other times when something has triggered a thought loop of confusion that I found hard to get out of, especially on doses higher than 15mg.

I would say get both, and take 2C-E at home only, with only your closest friends.

2C-I I can say I'd be happy with doing it anywhere.
 
I am so psyched! Got both my graduated cylinder and the 500mg of 2C-I. I'll pick up a few more things and get to work tomorrow evening. I'll do it alongside another labbie and the results will hopefully be an amazing 50mg vial of solution! The final list is:
- Highest concentration of EtOH possible (likely one of those small containers of Everclear. Thankfully I work right next to a liquor store :3)
- Needles (??? gauge)
- 2 oz. amber vial
- 20:1 solution of chlorhexidine gluconate in a yorkie (gotta have a clean lab station, son)

Sorry to bump this to the front but:
Process worked, solution looks great. I'm a bit concerned with the 2C-I's tendency to form precipitates after being completely dissolved and placed in a vial and thrown in the freezer. Some slight hand-warming and bottle-rolling fixes everything. Now I just have to wait 24 hours to bioassay this :3
 
FWIW, I've never noticed any precipitates working with various alcohol-based solutions at room temperature.

You probably don't need to keep your solution in the freezer. 2C-I is a fairly stable molecule, and as long as its kept at room temperature and in the dark it should not degrade appreciably for decades.

That's the thing, I have the soln. stored in a few 10 mL BD Vacutainers and they aren't ambered or anything cool like that... I'm unaware how 2C-I interacts with light, so I thought it'd be best to put the vials in the freezer. If for no other reason to keep them as stable as possible, given my varying degrees of accommodation etc
 
man...I still this I had a scale. I just don't feel comfortable eyeing this esp. for a first time dose.
I mean a few tiny few specs on the end of a sharp knife should be around 25-30 mgs, right?
 
I wouldn't go that far...I would say that a 10mg dose (IF eyeballing) looks like about a centimetre long...and a third of that wide...hope that helps..I have found this to be quite a forgiving molecule - recreational, and won't give you a mental bashing.
