Recently fully engaged in the world of RC's. It's a bitch going to my buddies to use his Gempro-250 so I gotta get a milligram scale. I've read the archived and new Big & Dandy Scale Threads twice now and still can't figure out what I need.
What is the most economic scale that can be used reliably to measure in the 5-10 mg dose rage? I'm willing to weigh doses out numerous times and calculate the average, but I need something reliably accurate.
I'll be weighing out:
2C-E - 4-HO-MiPT - 4-AcO-DMT
and probably
4-HO-DiPT - 5-MeO-MiPT - 5-MeO-DMT
and who knows what else I might get my hands on?
I am thinking about possibly getting the Acculab Vic-123 but I don't think I want to have it plugged in all the time.
Also thinking about the GemPro-250.
5-MeO-DMT must be weighed in individual doses as the liquid measurement obviously wont work for a smoked substance so I was wondering if a Jennings JSVG (accurate to .002 mg) could be used with the following method from Skrilla to measure out a 5-9 mg dose of 5-MeO-DMT or for increments of 2C-E:
"Weigh out 6mg or whatever, then add (in a separate little pile) until it reads 8mg - then cut your 2nd little pile in half - and you've got 7mg!"
I don't mind spending upwards of $250 for a scale, but after taxes, calibraton weights and shipping it's going to be pretty expensive.
The Jennings JSVG would suffice if Skrilla's method can be trusted.
Maybe I can use my buddies Gempro-250 for 5-MeO-DMT, and then use the Jennings JSVG for the other chemicals, but i want my own scale for 2C-E doses. Would the Jennings JSVG be good for weighing 2C-E with the above method?
What is the most economic scale that can be used reliably to measure in the 5-10 mg dose rage?
Thanks for the help!
