steroids:- did they 'sort you out'

I think you need to not take it so seriously.

Stones are a very odd and rarely used weight measurement.

Why do you even care?

Pandering to yanks.. lol.. who even says yanks? roflmao. You crazy British people.

btw canadians don't use stone. does anybody outside the UK use it?

Stones are as old as pounds so I'm not sure what you're gettng at there. They're commonly used in the british isles. Nobody refers to their weight in pounds here, it's stones and pounds all the way. I take exception to someone being ridiculed as "deeple deeply clueless" just because they don't use your units. You are the clueless ones for not comprehending that other countries commonly use other units. non americans call americans yanks. I'm not british;-)

I said odd not old. Using stone is clueless. So is "yanks". I'm not a yank. Yank would be derived from Yankee which would have been used to refer to New England colonists or even Americans after the revolutionary war. CA didn't exist then. I've never even been to a region which would have had citizens referred to as Yankees or Yanks. So yeah.. stone is just as clueless as yank. It would be like me referring to British people as Muffinbrains. Pretty much 100% meaningless.

only like 1% of the world uses stones as a unit of measurement. sort of like how 1% of the world uses uzbek as a language. if he came on here talking in uzbek, that would be clueless. it's equally clueless to use an archaic measuring system that nobody in the world uses.

ITS THE SAME MEASURING SYSTEM AS THE AMERICANS USE! It was our system first and you guys complicated it/made it simpler by removing one of the units of measurments.

Would measuring distances make more sense if you removed miles and measured EVERYTHING in yards? No? Well thats what you've done by removing "stones" from Imperial Measurment.

You're right tho- everything should be done in Metric as thats how the majority of the world reads. :p

We call you yanks. It is slang for American. I don't know what kind of slang you yanks use but where I'm from there's no little rule book that states that slang has to make sense in it. Stone is odd to you but not to us. If you said your weight in pounds over here people would think that odd. Stones is the colloquial measurement of bodyweight here. I can't believe you can't wrap your head around that.

It's not the same. 60 some million people live in the UK and some of them refer to body weight in stone. Then there are like half a billion people spread out in former British colonies which don't use stone. It's not the same measuring system if 90% of people who use imperial have no f'ing idea what a stone is.

Not to mention a stone isn't always 14 lbs. It depends what you're measuring. It's just as dumb as the rest of the imperial measuring system for that matter. For the record, I largely use metric even though I'm American.

LOL. No I get it. If I went to Germany and talked about weight in pounds people would think I'm an idiot. They'd expect me to use kilos. So if you go on a science board and talk in imperial, people would tell you to stop doing that. I'm sorry your small backward island uses FOURTEEN POUND increments to measure body weight (which is absurd in itself) but throwing it around and telling the rest of the world we're dense because we don't care enough to google it is pretty dumb!

This is an international board. We use stones you use pounds. We're not calling you an idiot because you use pounds, yet you call us absurd because we use stones.

You know not of what you type. As I mentioned previously stones is the colloquial here. Colloquial means what anybody on the street would use in everyday conversation, in case you didn't know.

So if you go on a science board and talk in imperial, people would tell you to stop doing that.
What is your point? This isn't an American board it is an international board so you're being unreasonable to expect everyone to use American units. I hope you get it now; I'm starting to believe your ignorance is feigned.

PS: I didn't say you were dense for not caring to type it into google, I said you were lazy, which is true.

You even said yourself 30% of people in British controlled territory use it. So either its 30%, everybody, or some, pick one. Either way, I still don't care. 14 lb increments for body weight is retarded. At first I wasn't going to even talk about how dumb of a measurement it is but we may as well. Referring to body weight in increments twice the amount of most newborns is pretty damn stupid. Like NOBODY in the world uses that measurement. I can appreciate the fact that a lot of people still use imperial and the vast vast majority use metric but to come on here throwing stone around is f'ing dumb. Whether this is an american or international board is pretty irrelevant (its American btw) because ITS NOT A BRITISH BOARD SO NOBODY USES STONE. Get over it. We don't care about Britain anymore. You guys lost your spot in the spotlight during the late 1700s. Not caring enough to google and being too lazy to google are entirely different.

Didn't say that
So either its 30%, everybody, or some, pick one.
I already said that everyone in the British isles uses stone

It's part of the imperial system, a pound is a fraction of a baby's weight, a stone is a multiple. Why are you dragging babies into this?? They're innocent!!
Like NOBODY in the world uses that measurement. I can appreciate the fact that a lot of people still use imperial [...] NOBODY USES STONE.
You cannot be serious... Stones and pounds are both imperial!

This is fun (I know you're taking the piss! ;))

Simply memorize;

1 Stone = 14lbs

1 Kilogram = 2.2lbs

Degrees in Celsius multiplied by 2, to that add 25 and you have degrees in Fahrenheit

Those three gems get me through everyday life on the international internet.

jesus fuck...we hijack the fuck out of these steroid threads... back to the original post

bighoot where u at?

Either there is an agreed standard of measurment (in which case it should probably be metric) or everyone should be able to use whatever units they like...

Pretty much everyone I've ever known including myself could give a shit what a stone measures out to be. I never cared enough to "google" it. I just find it funny that someone could take offense to others who dont know the term, or make jokes about it. Sounds like you need to relax a little. "Yanks" is kind of funny, considering how diverse America is. I live is Hawaii where 65% of the population is polynesian and asian; and a good 90% of those wouldnt even know what a yank is.

doin good mate been a week since my last jab and i still feel strong and have gone up to 10st 12

good...seems like that was a quick cycle...how long did you run it for again? where do you inject? and how was the injections?
