steroids:- did they 'sort you out'

The main problem that I have is that I don't know you from Joe Bloggs. As much as I want to help you I just feel that using steroids in your emotional state would be detrimental to you and those around you. I don't want to see you get hurt after picking a fight with a guy or have you hurt someone because they insulted you and you felt superhuman and full of agression. I believe for the most part "roid rage" is a myth- but you strike me as someone for whom it might well manifest.

My advice would be to keep working hard in the weights room- knock the cardio on the head for a couple of months and try and bulk up to 11.5 stone. Then get back on the cardio and cut down to 11. Then bulk again. Repeating this will get you the results your looking for- its just a hard slog.

My diet is this:

Wake up: Protein Shake, 40-60g Porridge, spoonful sugar,

2-3 hours later: 3 eggs on 2X toast, butter

2-3 hours later: Mutant Mass, 1 kiwi fruit and 1 banana

2-3 hours later: Steak, mashed potatoe, broccoli, carrots, peas, sprouts, cauliflower, sweetcorn, peas

2-3 hours later: cheese and onion sandwhich x4 wholemeal pieces of bread, 1 banana

2 hours later (before bed): mutant mass

mon:chest n tri's
tue:back n bi's
wed: rest
thurs: shoulders n traps
fri: abs
sat: rest
sunday: legs
 
You not running any test with your deca? You not like getting erections?

Cheese+onion sandwhich? Try and get some protein instead- Tuna and wholemeal pasta for exampe.

You need less bread and more brown rice, brown pasta and sweet potato. And less shakes and more whole food.
 
What is Mutant Mass? (ie what is it's fat/carb/protein content?)

It's good to see you have finally made a firm decision to train. I dare say it'll be one of the better thing you do if you stick to your diet/routine.

Please though, do some more research so you know whats going on. You could run only deca by itself but it is usually run with an androgen like test since nandrolone can cause "Deca dick" (difficulty getting it up)

Try eating like this

meal 1-8 eggs cup of oatmeal

meal2-10 oz chicken breast with brown rice

meal3-50gram protein shake with oats

meal4-10oz chicken breast with brown rice

meal5-50gram protein shake

meal6-10oz steak or ground beef and yams/sweet potatoes

meal7-natural pb and protein shake

The thing about being smaller (i'm 5'7") is you feel like you're eating a lot when you're actually not. I know this sounds gross, but you need to eat until you feel like you're going to throw up. Then 2 or 3 hours later, do it again. All day long.

I don't follow my own advice as strictly as I should, but I have seen good results from increasing my food intake.

I know this isn't SLR, but honestly a cycle isn't going to "sort" anybody out. If confidence is an issue for you, fixing that is what will sort you out. Some people may have had success with steroids in this regards as it made them bigger, but getting big is a goal to achieve over years IMO, and you don't want to have to wait that long to gain confidence. I know a dude your height that I would put up against a good portion of the male population in a fight all because he's strong and is an excellent wrestler. I think the advice about learning how to handle yourself in a fight is good so long as you understand when its appropriate and when its not.
 
^good advice. Its hard when your in "that" place to have confidence and happiness. When things start feeling like they're too much and driving you insane then its time to give yourself a kick, realise that your stuck in a loop of negativity and do something about it (this is 1000x harder than I just made it sound).

What got me out of my depression was lifting. Whenever I started feeling bad about myself I'd hit the gym, work my ass off and then go home and see my progress in the mirror and that gave me some hope. More than anything though it occupied my mind for those 2-3 hours and stopped my cycles of negativity. But its different for everyone- some people respond better to music, art or other creative persuits.
 
All great advice..i wish you clowns lived near me..it would be nice to chill with some like-minded people...

cardio/lifting/dieting has completely changed my life...On top of that, I listen to music during my workouts that are usually 2 hours 5-6 days a week...

I've done more drugs in my life than anyone I've ever come across and i honestly feel that a healthy lifestyle reversed it all..

my doctor said the steroids make your bones weak when I told her I was on Nandrolone.

I said that weightlifting increases bone density and she looked at me like I was stupid and that my decision to take steroids was insane!

I mean im on weak 2 of my course and I feel alot happier in general and tbh like p-mo said the stronger I look and feel the better I feel about myself.
 
ye shes a dumbass, i said weight lifting increases bone density and she says it doesnt matter because steroids will weaken the bones regardless of weight training.
 
Bighooter I think you need to look at this as a journey and not a one off thing that will magically transform your body and life.

First of all get to understand your body and how it reacts to food. For example if you adjust your calories by say +500/-500 how it alters your body composition for a week.

Also you need to have a solid routine set out upfront so that your making max use of the juice in you.

Learn to understand the substances, their chemical properties, sides and what they are good for.

I myself have never been on the juice but I have a fair bit of knowledge of fitness and you are no where near ready to be doing a cycle.

Your eating, resting and PCT will determine the success of your cycle, not the juice.

but nearly every man under the age of 30 in my gym are using steroids.

Some have been on them for years without ever coming off.

Lots of people dont use PCT, have a crap diet and drink alcohol on it

yet almost all of them look hench.

So considering ive been training 6 awful godamn years of blood, sweat and tears and still havent got past 10stone 6 then I think I have every right to be on the gear.

btw Im eating 6-8 meals a day;
tuna pasta
steak, sweet potatoe n vegetables
3eggs on toast
chilli n brown rice
chicken, sweet potatoe n vegetables
mutant mass, porridge, banana, kiwi fruit, apple and walnuts all throughout the day aswell

Yes, it was a 10ml vial of some testosterone blend (sort of like sustanon but one of the esters was different), with a ketamine label on top of the original testosterone label (i peeled of the ketamine label and saw the original testosterone label). I am not sure who put the ketamine label over the test label (the vet pharmacy or the shady mexican factory, it could have been an honest mistake). Obviously, I bought it in mexico.

Of course I didn't know at first (i thought it was just bunk), but at day 3 i knew something was up for sure. I was worried because the site where I injected hurt like a bitch for days, which doesnt happen with ketamine. The dose was 500mg, 2cc's in the butt...

thank god you werent shooting something that had to go into a vein!
 
There are two kinds of steroid users: the guys it seems to not really affect mentally, and the guys it turns into giant assholes.

What steroids do to a personnality is to make its traits more visible. In other words, if you have anger and resentment but you are normally able to repress them in order to maintain some kind of social balance, on steroids this anger and resentment will be greatly magnified and you may well be totally unable to control them, they will control you instead.

The "little guy complex" is possibly the #1 reason for taking anabolics and it is often pretty disastrous. Not that getting more muscle and strength are a bad thing per se, but the psychological aspect WILL NOT CHANGE when the physical aspect changes. You will still see yourself as insignificant-looking. There is always someone a hell of a lot more impressive-looking unless you are Jay Cutler. And you certainly aren't.

It's all in the mind dude. I suggest perhaps some sort of psychological angle before a hormonal one. Don't get me wrong, I'm not against steroids, I'm very pro-steroids but there are cases where they are taken for exactly the wrong reasons, and psychological ones are those. If you want to help yourself in the physique department, growth hormone and other peptides are most likely a better option for you. They will make you bigger if you eat enough and you won't turn into an aggressive prick.

If you are bent on taking steroids, stay away from androgens such as testosterone. Yes, most people will say that testosterone should be the basis of every steroid cycle and they are mostly right, except in such a case as yours. I recommend a healthy dose of boldenone (Equipoise), say 600mg/week and you can use oral turinabol for a 6-week kick-start at say 50mg/day. These aren't very aggressiveness-inducing and you do NOT need to run testosterone with them.

I have alot of hate, anger and resentment stored up in me but I walk around like I am a worthless piece of sh1t.

Since being on steroids I still feel the same, still walk like I am a worthless piece of sh1t and DON'T have any roid rage what so ever.
If anything I feel alot more calmer on steroids than I normally do, I have no idea why this is but I certainly dont feel more aggressive even though I'm lifting alot heavier and making reasonable gains.

Certainly deca is not a steroid that would be expected to have you raging. OTOH, it is fully expected to give you "deca dick" which means a weenie that does not get hard at all. Deca is also known for providing extremely difficult experiences upon exiting the cycle. It is not a good choice for a first...
