Phenethylamines [2C-E Subthread] 2C-E Dosage and Methods of Administration

extensive 2c-e testing intravenously

swim heard a story about two kids that had 100 mg of 2ce and were interested in experimenting with it intravenously, since they had been unable to find any trip reports or psychonautic explorations into serious 2ce iv.
so swim heard one kid started with 3mg iv (both kids in story have extremely high cocaine, opiate, and psychedelic tolerances all having been done exclusively iv - these guys were also biochem majors with lots of comfort using needles and experiencing the associated body loads - this was by no means a "tryptamine fairyland trip and may be much to much for some:\)

anyways out of the way
swim iv 3mg - immediately overwhelming visuals and extremely intense in cardiac stimulation. the visuals were described as "translucency to everything skin computers and the like" the highly uncomfortable body load (coming from swim who iv 1 gm high quality cocaine as a minimum dose) was causing anxiety but quickly passed and gave way to a tranquil but highly psychedlically disorienting, described as dissociative like but not unpleasant.

swim ended up doing a large amount of cocaine into the next day and is now feeling an afterglow that was described as "more of a trip than most acid i see nowadays"

swim 2 insf 8mg and 1/2gm cocaine felt something but nothing crazy other than visuals? so a 5mg iv dose with a little cocaine was prepared that immediately shot swim into a highly euporic state with visuals that can only be described as reminiscent of the ghosting (floating symbols words..etc) that ketamine often induces combined with some marvelous PEA visuals that can only be reached through iv. swim redosed all night iv with 2-4mg 2ce and .25mg cocaine which worked for a time but then a tolerance was developed. the trip was highly profound and kept awake long into the next day with a very heavy sleepy afterglow that is also extremely "trippy"

I am a very experienced astronaut. VERY. As in 1/4 gram of k at a time. Or 10 hits of LSD. DMT is great.
Did what I considered a "test" dose of 20 mg 2ce. Blew my f-ing mind. I mean 3D totally immersive OEVs. I've used this metaphor before, but it never applied like this, I felt as if I was dreaming with my eyes wide open. Like a k hole but totally physical and way more lucid. I would go in and out of a disassociative state for 4 hours or so.
At one point I literally though I had transferred my mind into a cybernetic panther and I was some sort of courier in a future Beijing engulfed by sand. I thought I could smell computer viruses on other panthers and my wife said I kept sniffing her. In the experience I had the memories of my life from the trip up to the point in the future I was inside the cybernetic panther. I was completely convinced the experience was real.
Has anyone had such an experience at 20mg? I'm wondering if I need a new scale, it seems to be calibrated well.
 
That's a strong possibility. I'm a gnostic though so there's no dif between the two. The universe is only our perception, so I perceived it so it's real.

Anyway, to stay on topic. Has anyone else had full blown ego loss at only 20 mg? Or anything close to a disassociative experience?
I'm a little nervous here, maybe it wasn't 2ce (although my source is very legit), my scale tested good. Maybe I'm going schitzo? Usually I require very large doses of psychedelics, but only 20 mg totally kicked my ass. I mixed the 20mg w/ tea and drank it.
Man, it was a LOT like a K-hole.
 
i've had quite an intense experience on 20 mg. combined with a bit of pot, add pink floyd, i thought i was never going to be "normal" again. i almost freaked out a little.

other times i have had "visions" of being a homeless man, or an abused wife, or a starving child. i would call this ego dissolution but not full blown death. i don't think i've ever experience ego death. not sure though.

i wouldn't be worried about it though. 20 mg is a good dose. i like to take ~17 mg
 
Apparently its possible, but I've read that smoked 2C's are very unpleasant-- with increased bodyload, overall dirty feel to the trip, and its also very probably quite damaging to the lungs.

16 is a good starting point if you have any previous psychedelic experience... 16 isn't too pushy but still provides a medium trip. YMMW with this compound though. I gave a close friend 15mg and he was tripping so hard that he had forgotten how to breath until I had calmed him down... while 22 tends to be my sweet spot.

This compound also tends to feel completely different at different doses... but yes.. I'd say 16 is a good start point. If you have no psych experience... maybe try 12 or 14. :)
 
I'd recommend as low as 10mgs for a starter dose if someone doesn't have phenethylamine, preferably other 2c-x experience. While I personally tend to find them somewhat lighter on the mind than most common tryptamines (shrooms, dmt) and lsd, some of my friends have gotten way out there on relatively low doses. 1 of my friends became extremely paranoid then repeatedly balled his eyes out on 10mg of 2c-t-2. Granted, he had a lot of pent up anxieties that needed to come out, but I've seen someone who's taken ~25mg of 2c-e as well as shrooms, dmt, acid, etc... completely lose touch with reality on 8mgs of 2c-e and 10mg 2c-i. I mean talking to people who weren't there, crying uncontrollably, etc. Granted these things are very rare, best to err on the side of caution.

However, in all honesty, if I didn't have a quantity and was only going to have access to it for sure once, I'd probably take 15-18mg

What does it mean to you in retrospect, Xorkoth? Has it changed you in a way or has it shown you things? How positive or negative was it, I recall it was disturbing but can I safely assume you found it worth it in the end? Please reflect, kind fellow.

edit: By the way what is better, a good dose of 2C-E or an adequate dose of 2C-E on piracetam?

I believe a lot of people over react with how much it "burns" personally its just a little higher than if you were to snort Mephedrone. (And I have not snorted anything more than two times before I tried 2C-E, 15mg) as for the body load it was a little extreme with throwing up...Ect after the first hour tough it was pretty amazing very intense (for me at least) I would personally do it again, but I believe over all I would def choose oral over nasal when it comes to 2C-E
 
Oral dosages give you more of a well rounded trip. Instead of the punch in the face that snorting it gives you. A trip should be something that is experienced in different stages. And I don't know how you could say it doesn't burn that bad lol. More power to you.
