Amsterdam 2009 - who's going? (ver. EADD)

Some of us are at the meetup. (Me, Chrissie, TLB, @lter-ego and pw1024, whore and his girl, RA and his mate, That_Guy and his mate, Wibble and her bloke (though they disappared to get pancakes) and I think that's it). Some of us aren't at the meetup.

No names shall be mentioned :D. But if he ever calls me a lightweight again, I'm laughing at him.

We are in Leidesplein. Will log back on in a while if anyone wants me to PM them the location, but I think most of us are here. Vibe is mostly (expensive) beer, but with a faint hope of weed and maybe even something else soon.

profuse apologies. :o

too much acid counteracted by a bit more xanax than really necessary = about 14 hours sleep. we are now gradually entering the land of the living and getting ready to go. the new meetup place isn't too far from our hotel so who knows, we might even make it before you move somewhere else, haha. beer sounds good. :)

if i had knew there werre going to be bluelighters in amsterdam i would have gone i leave in paris and i was actualy thinking of going there on this period but because i dont like going alone arrggg i l pay more atention next time
 
^^I feel your envy Shambles! Just seeing pics of all those strains in the 'dam makes me salivate, really hope I can get over there this year some time.
 
Aye Cleets when did you become a mod? I often browse second opinion (and make the odd post) and don't even recall seeing you in there.

I applied like everyone else & if a case of nepotism is proven, I will gladly stand down. I'm sure the good ladies of SO will concur that he had rap all to do with the decision about me.

Never seen you either spade, but you are more than welcome to come over more to the most creative forum of BL ;) =D
 
I recall seeing you in one thread actually, think it was the thread about the Balkans, the comment wasn't particularly insightful or helpful mind. ;)

Weed is definitely over-rated I would like to experience Amsterdam though. I really need to stop partying and do more traveling.

Aye, I'm just talking shite.

RA left but came back 20 minutes later to finish his pint.

I am on my third lemonade of the night.

The ladies are smoking pot and the men are sitting and chatting.
 
He was on his way home at the end of the night, but ran into these boys he'd met earlier in the night and never made it out of the pub.

Good times were had by all, I hope. Today's plan involves parks and recreation of a relaxed, outdoor kind: shame it's all overcast. At least we won't get rained on like yesterday.

[In the three minutes I spent typing my previous post, last night, everyone decided to leave and call it a night. Waste of a good lemonade]
