A pretty disturbing film really about a bunch of folk who pretend to be spaz's for shits and giggles. As it has to stick by the 'Dogme' rules it's filmed on a handheld camera, there are no special effects, there can be no superficial action, filiming must be done on location and there are a few other rules too. More about Dogme here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dogme_95#Goals_and_rules
That scene with the turntabalist scratching sound of the police with the flying camera between the high rises blew my fuckin mind man.
Marcos and his wife kidnap a baby for ransom money, but it goes tragically wrong when the infant dies. In another world is Ana, the daughter of the general he drives for, who prostitutes herself for pleasure. Marcos confesses his guilt to her in his troubled search for relief. And then finds himself on his knees amidst the multitude of believers moving slowly towards the Basilica in honor of the Lady of Guadalupe...

But there was sex and violence in it so it must have been good, right?
