How to - Deal with LE.

I've always assumed as festivals where sniffer dogs are been used, that if they were to 'sniff you out'. You would be searched, patted down, emptied pockets, wallets, shoes, socks etc.. but with the shear amount of people all entering at once.. all throughout the day.. i dont think they would bother with a strip search unless they were cunts.

It would take up alot of time and resources i'd imagine..

The way i see it is catch 10 people with drugs in there pockets or wallets.. or catch 1 person with drugs in there underwear.. missing those 10. Im speaking from a Perth point of view though.. they might have much much larger operations over in Sydney and such. But its because of this reason i never carry them in pockets or anyplace that can be 'quickly checked'.

You're under different legislation once you're within the boundaries of a prison, and should you trip the ion scanner (which legal professionals and general visitors alike go through) you'll be turned around and hustled off for a search sharpish.

yeah its funny because I thought I was going to be fingered in the ass in some back room. This only happened about 8 months ago. For all they new I could have had an ounce of speed in my pocket but they never searched me. And another funny thing was that when I was sitting in the visiting booth behind the glass there was a prisoner who was aloud to come in and get me a coffee from a machine, that same prisoner was aloud to freely walk on both sides of the screens getting visitors and prisoners coffee. I could have easily passed him some drugs on the carboard tray he got our coffees on and he could have taken them through to the other side and gave it to my mate on the other side.
 
Well drugs are supposedly available in prison environments.

Money & favours are pretty tradeable commodities - and probably with different values inside as compared to outside
 
here's a question - if you got busted with a couple of pills however they turned out to be 100% bunk (no active substance) would the charges & record still stick? is there some "intent to consume" clause in our law?

Depends on your state law. In Victoria if you've got personal quantities and its first offense police have the option of smacking you on a risk and sending you to a diversion programme.

They cant charge u with anything thats pretty obvious. Theres a similar situation in europe where i gave a mate a g of speed and he held it up into the light and there was a camera there. Even tho u could see us making a deal its not proof cos it could have been icing sugar lol

Ive heard of people getting busted with 500 bunk pills b4 and the ops had to let them go after they tested em.

Why couldnt the ytest em on the spot? And yes u answered ur own question they will drop the charges. What are they gonna charge u with? intended to eat a pill? come on lol
 
last time I checked GC/MS equipment didn't actually fit in your pocket!

you can be charged with intent if you knowingly attempt to sell bunk drugs - so why cant you get charged in this case?
 
Pretty sure its still illigal to be in possession of bunk pills. Youl be charged just the same as if it were MDMA. Analog laws are very very vauge. Something along the lines of anything resembeling xtc or feeling like xtc or what not is the same as xtc.

According to the letter of the law, then yes. However I know many people who have had a few (~2) pills on them and have been caught and, in the best case, just had to hand them over. I think it depends on the cop's mood, the situation you're in (an event? front of a club? etc) and your attitude (among other things). Basically pot luck. :\

Use DOD is an offence, ergo attempting to use a drug of dependance is an offence.

Furthermore, “If a man admits possession of a substance which he says is a dangerous drug, if he admits it in circumstances like the present where he also admits he has been [trafficking] the drug, it is of course possible that the item in question is not a specific drug at all, but the admission in those circumstances is not an admission of some fact about which the admitter knows nothing. This is the kind of case in which the appellant had certainly sufficient knowledge of the circumstances of his conduct to make his admission at least prima facie of its truth and that was all that was required at the stage of the proceedings at which the submission to the justices was made” (emphasis mine) in Bird v Adams [1972] Crim LR 174.

The long and short? Yes, if you beleived you had the real deal and you had compressed chalk, you can go down on traffick etc.

He's a 'trustee'. End of his sentence or on full priviledges with mid range to go, and no quantity of white ox tobacco will convince him to fuck up his parole :D
 
Whats the deal with Analogs of drugs. If I were caught with a few caps of say 4-Fluromethamphetamine and I told the cops that it wasn't xtc or speed, would they test it, find its something obscure and try and see what analog it is? Is the punishment the same for an analog as it is of the mother drug?
 
Of course they would arrest your arse! This is bordering somewhat retardation! For a starters, I'd like to see you with 4-fluoromethamphetamine in the first place. And last time I check, the halo-amphetamines, talking about the fluoro compounds specifically as the rest are too neurotoxic...forgot what I was saying. Yes, you could get busted for having 4-FA or 4-FMA.
