Oh, we call the back trick the superman, too...should've mentioned that, haha.
Rotos? What is that? Hand lotion? :D Looks interesting...
Yeah, the webbing thing is an odd one, but it's good. Let me try to think of the various other things I've done (these may be repeats)...
- massaging the Achilles' tendon...some people really like this, others are eh on it.
- pressing lightly on a person's temples and making your fingers tremble rapidly. this is practically my signature lightshow-ending move, so use sparingly
- nibbling on an earlobe, or just tonguing it.
- having four people hold you up, one on each limb, and swing you back and forth (may be dangerous depending on the sobriety of your aides)
- putting your fingers into someone's ears rhythmically to block out sound...kind of like a manual "gating" effect, heh.
- rolling your head in a circle while keeping your neck kind of limp; i think dizziness is interpreted as rolling harder.
- stroking or rubbing a person's elbows with your fingers. this usually happens to me unconsciously while talking to friends...eventually i find that i'm gently stroking halfway up their arm, much to my surprise.
- massaging the nape of the neck with your fingertips, especially a little above th hairline. feels pretty awesome :3
Ok, I think I'm getting to the point where these are fairly obvious. I should really read the backlog of posts of on this thread and revise this list accordingly.
EDIT: As expected, almost every one of these things has been mentioned...oh well, heh.
