I was recently in hospital (twice) for surgery on my foot, and once earlier in the year for a dislocated shoulder.

first foot time I got 300mg morph in recovery, and then a syringe driver of 50mg morph & 100mg ketamine.

2nd foot time, i got 30mg fentanyl & 20mg oxycodone in recovery.

For my shoulder I got 10mg oxycodone, after getting a short propofol GA to reduce the dislocation.

from these my opinion is that oxy is far better than morph and fent! in fact i rate them 1. oxy, 2. morph, 3. fent.

the 10mg oxy for my shoulder was bliss, and the 20mg oxy for my foot was even better.

this being said, the morph/ketamine mixture was very 'interesting' i was pretty messed up, extremely weird closed eye hallucinations the like of which I haven't experienced since I did 3-4mg buprenorphine when 100% opiate naive.

Fucking Truck driver fell asleep, and drove straight into me,head on number plate to number plate with both of us doing 100kmh almost lost my left leg at the knee.
. Still have at least 2 months of work. Been told I may be on these for life.

As you can see, morphine is still the opiate of choice, and oxycodone is second in line if morphine is not appropriate. Codeine combinations can be brought otc, so they are normally prescribed when minor pain relief is required.

Painkillers are good for about the first 2 weeks and then they fuck you up. Oxy has ruined more for me than meth has so just because oxy is quite physically benign doesnt mean it cant cause you a life of trouble after trouble and whoever was talking about banging, forget it. Shooting oxy is one of the most pointless yet addictive drugs out there and the wd's are hell on earth.

Oxy is not the greatest, oxy fucking sucks, it is a shit drug that makes people think they are fine until theyre already fucked, thats where the depression starts my friends. Look at a heroin addict. thats what oxy will do to you.

the ketaman, get a grip on yourself you little bitch. Oxycontin withdrawals are easily manageable.

Codeine preparation, 24 x 10 mg tablets. 8 tablets a day.
Loperamide 4-6 mg a day.
Doxylamine succinate, 25 mg for sleep at night.
Clonidine, prescribed by a doctor, 100-300 micrograms a day.
Benzodiazepines, if a doctor will prescribed them in short term for you.

Less than 8-10 days the withdrawal is over, that's if you go cold turkey. The withdrawal is basically diminished if you prepare in advance for it by getting these medicines.

Try fucking with benzodiazepine withdrawal, a much much more serious problem. You don't know the meaning of hell on earth (regarding drugs, there's alot more worse things in life then drug withdrawal) until you've been through cold turkey benzo withdrawal or even a taper off the benzos. Come to me then and start complaining.

Just because you've had bad experiences with a drug doesn't mean shit in life. Put yourself in the shoes of a homeless, street junkie who's been on the junk for 10+ years and is constantly getting dope sick. Fucking cry baby!

The best pharmaceutical dope money can buy in Australia, according to sources of mine, is Dilaudid.

I'd much rather have a doctor prescribe me 160 mg Oxycodone a day for 2 years then have him prescribe 4 mg Clonazepam a day for 2 years!!!!!

i try to avoid tolerance by dosing no sooner than every fortnight. 25mg crushed taken on an empty stomach with grapefruit juice does wonders without any negative side effects. fricking sucks waiting but oxy is a harder drug than most people think. only obtaining 5mg (to much powder to snort for a dose i personally like my sinsus) and 10mg capsules (fine to snort small amount of powder). but these arnt from a dealer of any kind, they are yet to "hit the streets" in my opinion

fyi had some oxy that was 2 years out of date worked fine. i am assuming the expiry date is just a safety net for the producers and if its stored properply they dont really degrade that easily.

I think that's true for many pharmaceuticals, there are exceptions however; benzodiazepines I think in particular are prone to losing potency, and I don't think anyone should be taking expired anti-biotics.

yeah i should have been more clear i am in no way suggesting people should take expired medication. after searching the net i found other people have been fine with oxy only consequences being loss of potency. i also had 5mg then waited an hour to make sure i didnt you know... die.

i got in a severe car crash. no medical shit was done, cept spinal check. i had to goto the doctors for pain relief, and got Doloxene 100mg 50's. Fucking worst pain-killer :/

i got hold of some 30 mg extended release oxycontin from my doctor just to try it out, first i swallowed one whole and vomited and had blury vision for bout 8 hrs till i fell asleep, so i thought, this is shit y would i wanna do this, but then i figured id crush one up and snort a bit of it, i didnt snort the whole thing to begin with, more like 1/3, and it was pretty damn nice, eventual because i had a box of 20 tho this 1/3 went up to about half a tab then about 2/3 before i ran out. to be honest im pretty lucky i ran out because snorting oxy is one of the most plesurable things ive tried, never tried smak, i will one day but for now ill leave it at that. oxys=bad new if u have a steady suply

They lose potency slowly over a matter of time, takes quite a while though, just make sure they are stored somewhere cool and dark.

heroin is cheaper if that is what you have to pay, and if you just snort less it'll be the same effect almost, just slightly less stimulating.
