Meth Crystal Meth. Where has the good meth gone? What's wrong with the methamphetamine in US? Everywhere j go it's garbage. What are they doing to it?

If it smells sweet that tells me a little about it that it’s from a local source and at least one (hydroxyl) group is replaced by an (alkoxy) group.

There aren’t any hydroxyl groups on methamphetamine. Nor are there alkoxy groups. There are no oxygens in methamphetamine.

Take a load of this fucking schmuck thinks something isnt meth because I think it smells sweet. Joined April 18 just to rage bait me, I know what fucking meth looks and feels like it was defiantly methamphetamine you fucking clown 🤡. Everyone I used with they have that same sweet smell come off.


All takes it is 2 minute google search to tell your full of shit and tried to rage bait me.

Yeah I would say it's sweet in a way that isn't reminiscent of foods but of cleaning products if that makes sense? Something closer to a Windex-y aroma, though deadass if there was a candy that tasted similar, I would eat it without hesitation. We've had a couple of users pop up recently on BL who make a series of long winded, fallacious claims about chemistry and then their egos get offended when people ask them to back up their claims. The best thing you can do is ask them for meaningful evidence, and when they can't provide it, move on, imo at least.
 
@Esperighanto I see that you have some research to back up your beliefs, which is more than I brought to the table. For me personally, I counter your argument. See, Lisedexamfetaine (Vyvanse) and other pharmaceutical Amphetamines, including racemic varietals like Adderall seem to feel pretty much as they did when I first started taking them.

I've never had a real serious stimulant habit. In Cambodia I would use it for a few days, sleep, repeat. I never used it on a chronic basis in which tolerance became a major factor. I'm sure this is all a lot different for individuals who have had serious stimulant addictions.

Good segue though would be the Yaa-Baa tablets. I believe they are racemic Methamphetamine. They contain a small amount of Caffeine also, though this is in fact to aid the tablet in vaporizing (they most often smoke them off tin foil). Those tablets felt GREAT by comparison. I really had no complaints. It's funny. This thread has made me remember what that Yaa Baa felt like. It would make me so horny. I'd be so horned up I would feel disgusted by myself... cue 8-12 hours of masturbatory self-loathing.

Out of all of this, my point stands that I feel there is something truly different about some of the Methamphetamine that is available in the United States.

The pharmaceuticals work just as good as they always did. If Yaa-Baa, an allegedly shittier variety of Methamphetamine (they sell shards too, they call it Shabu) had me feeling that high, and it was a good feeling, then why does this stuff cause anxiety, perspiration... just shit you don't want. There is a difference and I'm dying to know what it is just to sate my curiosity.

Ah, I'm not disagreeing about the cuts or possible isomerism issues, I'm disagreeing about differences in the routes to lead to the same end product inducing a change in the subjective effects. If somebody reduces their intermediate one way, versus another way, and both are believed to come out to dextromethamphetamine, they should both come out the same. that does not mean that dextromethamphetamine is the same as any other isomer or mix of isomers, it does not mean that any cutting agents that are added don't alter the effects, nor pill binders and excipients which could theoretically alter the kinetics of bioavailability. Also various salt forms (and if it was properly salted out at all) can play a part here, as could synthesis byproducts which could be the result of the route taken, but only if it's done in a rather careless manner.
 
Everything I have touched in my recent 2 week run after 4 years clean appeared to be heavily mixed with N-Iso. No rush, heavy jitters, gagging, super syrupy, mouth watering profusely. Nothing like what I was doing over 4 years ago. Take a piece of a shard the size of a BB and only put 30 to 40 units on it and it is so thick the bubble is stuck at the bottom. Blood hits it and quits moving.

On another note. How can I push this stuff out of my system the quickest so I can feel free again. Use has already stopped.
 
Sometimes I think the fresh stuff smells almost floral like. Really light kinda flowery smells. Anyone else notice that?
 
Man same same same. I have figured it had to be the replacement of things with more readily available RCs. I feel like every single bit, every time for the last literally 10y has been a placebo no matter where it comes from around here. It’s disgusting to me yet u go through the freaking motions. I don’t believe one bit it’s simply tolerance bc I’ve been using for decades. The quality when I was in UT for a short time was fire. Yet back in the South - it was fantastic 15y ago & fantastic off the dark web. Yet I no longer know how to find any places or cool, self-policing marketplaces like there used to be. So I’m at a total loss myself. Now reading all these reports from various places - THIS - that’s what I figured! Though I felt like I’d have heard complaints or something. I just don’t get it. Now I’m thinking this whole area is brainwashed with garbage. When did “sleepy D” ever become a thing! Anyway. While I’m still stuck with never another option even slipping through around here, at least I know it’s a local issue here for sure. 👍

I´m by no means an expert regarding Methamphetamine. I used pharmaceutical Amphetamines extensively in High School/College though; enough to know what there is to know about Amphetamines. I used Methamphetamine for the first time 6-7 years ago. Methamphetamine was not a thing in Boston. When I used it for the first time, it was everything pharm Amphetamines had taught me to expect... way stronger, more euphoric and longer-lasting.

Since starting my recovery journey, I´ve used Methamphetamine a handful of times. The first time I used it, it was great. Now, I´d say two years later, so 4 years ago now or so, the Meth changed. It changed how my clients were acting under the influence; way more paranoia, violence and spun behavior (taking things apart, organizing shit etc.). To me, it seemed that they were experiencing anxiety more than any other discernible symptom. They weren´t happy, laughing , horny... they just seemed anxious.

I have tried Meth over the past few years. I say, hands down, not even a contest, I would take Lisdexamfetamine (Vyvanse) over any Meth that I´ve seen in the past few years. I have used Meth from the street and the same thing happened to me... I was feeling anxious/keyed up as soon as the drug hit me and not in a good way either. If the drug I´ve used out there is standard Meth, then I don´t know how they keep customers cause it is a shitty high.

I feel the same. I’ve thought upon revisiting coffee that it’s so much more than the garbage around here. I don’t particularly like even the nervousness from coffee but it’s far superior to the current meth. And it’s been this way for a good long time.

See, I’m also in Tx but we must be in different locales for sure bc I don’t think there’s any real stuff coming here & it hasn’t for quite a few years. Everyone just keeps acting as if while nodding, yawning, feeling like shit. It was great when I was in Houston but the stuff here - I could never have gotten “way out there” with staying up weeks. You can’t even stay awake with this crap. I knew it!!

That makes it more pure and safe. On the West Coast, we have like three different types of dope we got our Methican Cartel, it’s pretty much made the exact same way every time you can totally identify it by a subtle grease on the small clear and glass crystals once you wash your meth with acetone

Yeah. Ok might as well though I fear nothing will come back. Yet so what, eh? It’s miserable. So I’ve never tried an acetone wash. I once saw someone showing me just how shitty their oz was here but I just thought oh that’s your connect.

I saw you said you’d add some details so I’ll keep an eye out for that.
