Professor Nutt's magic jizz (Sentia)

Liam's voice has been absolutely shot for at least 25 years. He can autotune the fuck out it on his solo albums but when he's live, it sounds like old man steptoe forcing out a turd.

off topic but did you go see oasis in the end? You posted a lot about it prior to event but nothing afterwards iirc. Was it as good as you'd hoped?
It was truly amazing 🤩. Spent the build up drinking beer and snorting but pretty sober in the stadium. I avoided the mdma because I had had some a few weeks before it and was out my dish almost completely spazed.

Oasis have still got it

No he was brilliant live. Obviously been having lessons and sleeping well etc ..

really glad it exceeded expectations - good idea to avoid the mdma too probably

I dunno, I thought he sounded pretty good in the videos I've seen of last years gigs.

I saw them at Loch Lomand in 1996 and his voice was worse then. In fact, I was a little disappointed.

However, The Manic Street Preachers were supporting, and they stole the show imo. Fuckin brilliant!!

I think last time I heard him was that boxing match a few years ago when he sang a couple songs in the ring - that was fucking shocking. I liked the sensitive voice he could do on supernova but he lost all that range and now relies on aggression and a "punk" atitude.

I will have a listen to his latest! I never rated em as a live band tho - they mix the guitars too muddy.

Yea..he's improved after that

Didn't know that you're a fellow fret fettler mate. I used to play, but not done so for ages now. I don't think my fingers will work anymore.

Hang on, just realised that this is the magic jizz thread. How did we get here?
I'm no longer a guitar player. The reason? Ed fucking Sheeran. I smashed my acoustic guitar to pieces because of that twat.

I'm only a rhythm player so chords is my thing 😎. Oasis was part of my learning curve in the 90s

Surely rock music is long dead - you usually got a good band every 10 years - what has there been since Nirvana and the last good Oasis album in 1995? Cant think of anything - at the drive in doing one armed scissor on jools holland in 2000 was rock musics last gasp.
