If you want your blood pressure normal, energy, sex drive, happiness, yes it’s responsible for your happy hormone as well! Get your self L-arginine supplements. I taking little bit more than recommended but didn’t have any side effects. Also started taking it two times a day instead of once. Good luck

I have discovered this thread a bit late, my goal with this stuff is to relieve some of the body-load that certain psychedelics induce in me from vasoconstriction and searched everywhere for Agmatine and couldn't find any.
What about L-Citrulline? Isn't it the better version compared to L-Arginine, since it doesn't get decimated in the intestines by Arginase and in the liver by first-pass metabolism, is better tolerated by the stomach & GI tract and is absorbed more efficiently?
Furthermore it provides a more steady, long-lasting effect, according to yet another YT doctor, DR. Robert Chan (he focusses on ED in his video)

Tried 8g of L-Citrulline Malate with some AMT recently and it worked great in combination with 250mg of elemental Mg from Magnesium Bi-Glycinate.
It drops my BP by 8 mmHg easily and I can feel the warmth circulating in my body as the blood vessels dilate from the produced nitric oxide, for 5 hours at least and nearly had no body-load and no laxative effect at all.
Edit: I wanted to add that after a few hours into the experience I felt a bit too warm, like having a light fever, but I didn't measure so it could have been flushing as well.
I had to go that way since Agmatine itself is not available in the EU, since no-one ever put it in any supplements before 1997 and as such it falls under the Novel Food Regulation and is therefore illegal. Don't you all love that bureaucracy?
