While I'm suffering such terrible pain, trying not to let my family know anything, the fact that they still think I'm fine, that I'm still taking those antipsychotics and see the medication as a cure, drives me crazy. Even my brother, who is a doctor, doesn't know about those medications. I have a lot of symptoms that the people here don't have, and I'm only not committing suicide to avoid causing them a major trauma, and yes, I'm scared. But I'm at the edge now. I think they need to feel a great pain in their lives too. Since their brains are healthy, they'll grieve and adapt, at least. I'm at a level where I wouldn't be able to understand or react if someone died right now, at least in that respect they're lucky.

Just stop these bullshit about recovery, you got lobotomized and as you see you are not recovering even months after, so please stop acting like an idiot and look at the reality l.

You won’t recover.
I got PSSD on top of this and I'm still almost cognitively and emotionally normal, go fuck yourself. I don't have anhedonia anymore. I still think you could get better too, sometimes it takes two years to recover from invega. I think my problem is PSSD, and that is also almost better.

People like you are why others kill themselves. Just shut the fuck up.

I just did my first acupuncture session and it was life changing. I had one needle in the calf and one in the Iliac (pelvis), both on the left side.

My shoe literally fell off afterwards because so much swelling was released. My pants are also noticeably looser on the left side. It’s easier to lift my left leg and it no longer feels like my stomach gets in the way when I do so. My ankle mobility is significantly better too.

I’m convinced Risperidone caused inflammation / lymphatic blockage throughout the entire body, contributing to all these injuries and making healing difficult. I wonder if lymphatic congestion in the brain slows down the recovery of dopamine receptor systems. If acupuncture can target the brain’s glymphatic system, it should aid in speeding up overall recovery.

I’ll report whether I have less discomfort running next time I try.

I am going to remind people in this thread to be nice to each other. And people do recover its not bullshit

He took Risperdal Consta which has a much shorter half life than Invega

Cobenfy looks very interesting. If it was available in Canada i would get it. For me zyprexa works fine though

My sexual function is dead after 7 months. It improved but it is back to the way it was in the early days off invega.

My motivation is completely dead, no motivation to clean or shower, it also improved a little and is back to what it was few weeks after invega.

I dont know what to make of things going back to how i was in the early months off invega? Is it part of recovery or signs of things about to get worse?

I swear by acupuncture. I done about 6 sessions and it really helped me. On my form I wrote anxiety, tension, stress & depression and would have like over 10 needles in me at a time. At first I was sceptical but after a couple sessions I noticed huge differences and would look forward to doing it because it was so relaxing. Thinking about going back to see if it works for my lower back pain

If your a guy get your testosterone levels checked

I was speaking with someone who took invega and they theorised it helps with dopamine, i don’t know how true this is

Definitely a sign of recovery. Regression is normal, it comes in waves.
