Late night at work last night made for a late morning in bed this morning, not much chill time before I had to leave the house this morning. Still a little over an hour before work.

Today's recipe:

Coffee
Nicotine
40mg fluoxetine
50mg lamotrigine
5mg apixaban
140mg methadone
a few joints of Dior and Super Silver Haze.

Mainly gaining proper self control of my usage and focusing on using my meds for my mental disorders only

Anyway had a major panic attack that turned into psychosis and stroke level BP

So to alleviate that-

100mg caffeine
500mg aspirin for gaba BA
900mg gabapentin
2 175mg weed gummies

Feeling confident in my self control for my usage cuz the more I love my new stepdaughter the easier it gets

Much appreciated my friend empathy is one of the strongest resources on this site t

And I completely understand missing floricet cuz I didn't have access to it for years but I'm only 22 so doctors don't wanna prescribe it to me

But bout a year ago I lucked out with my mom giving me 90 percent of her script cuz she doesn't need them very often at all plus she knows it's better for me to take something lighter like floricet every now and then so I'm not taking klonopin everyday she's a wonderfully understanding mother

Slept great but begrudgingly indulged in another klonopin and floricet last night

Only cuz my girl hurt my feelings really fuckin bad (she's VERY bipolar and schizophrenic with personality disorders ect) luckily we talked it thru and made amends tho

But normally when that happens I would have taken several Kpins and several floricet not just one of each so I didn't completely fail so that's progress

Anyway doses so far-

1mg Clonazepam SL with the afterglow of when I took my last doses before bed still hitting good

2 6 percent beer
Several cigs and vaping
1 grams of shrooms
meloxicam for gaba BA
600mg gabapentin
350mg edible

Absolutely starving there's barely any food in the house and we have to focus on feeding her so me and my wife are very hungry but at least I have gabapentin for the hunger pains sorry just venting a lil

Well I guess I'm not going to sleep because my fuckin insomnia killing me

So still definitely feeling my night doses I took two three hours ago (floricet and clonazepam mainly)

Bout to dose again just so I'm not miserable not to mention lack of sleep puts me into psychosis pretty easily from all the intense tbenzo withdrawal I've been through within the last 10 years

So I'm going to try and stay positive and take my comfort meds which include....

Cigarettes
Vaping
Lots of water
Vit C
1mg Clonazepam
600mg gabapentin
2 floricet
75mg diphenhydramine

All on a very fasted stomach not to mention only took my night dose a couple hours ago so I think I'll be fine with the sleep deprivation physical and mental side effects especially cuz I took my night dose and my morning dose within a 6-hour period

Added another 1.5 mg of clonazepam and another floricet to what I've already taken this morning (so in total 2.5 clonazepam SL/buccaly, 1.2 Gs of gabapentin, and three floricet t

Can't believe this didn't put me to sleep considering I have no tolerance to any of these meds cuz I take very often T breaks

But hell that's what happens when you burn out your receptors taken upwards of 400 to 600 mg of Xanax a day for several years straight

Could be worse though so not the end of the world just frustrating lol

I would say it's absolutely okay as long as you keep the ketamine dose low plus 1 G of phenibut is on the lower end so a lil K should be fine IMO

I just wouldn't do it very often considering how fast tolerance builds to gabapentinoids

Tired asfff even tho I have meds to sedate me I still only got like 5-6 hours in the last 24 cuz I went into psychosis and had to calm that down and used more meds then I would've preferred sadly but such is life

Still feeling last night's K-pins/floricet and gabapentin HARD so that's a plus ig but anyways so far....

1 jumbo cup of black coffee (babys up in an hour or 2 lol)

Smoked a few squares and been vaping hard tryna focus lol
