Yo, hope everyone is having as fantastic a Tuesday morning as Tuesday mornings get.

Work a late shift this evening, six hours but not until 6pm and I'm off tomorrow as well, so this is as close as I get to a weekend these days lol. Going to the movies this afternoon before work, Wicked - should be fun, I just hope they haven't mangled or hijacked the original moral too badly lol. Still, as stated, should be fun regardless, and today's easy stuff at work so no tax there.

50mg lamotrigine
5mg apixaban
15mL black seed oil
140mg methadone
15/15mg thc/cbd chocolate
and a little each of Dante's Inferno and Black Ice flower; smoking a bowl of the latter currently.

Just doing a little cleaning and a few chores around the house, probably grab a bite to eat before going to let my brother's dogs out while he's out of town, then the movie and work. Will be maintaining status of Awesome as Fuck throughout the whole of it. Good day.

Thank you man... I promise, much of the positive self talk is just that, trying to convince myself to be/stay positive. I'm trying to put some stability in my life cause I wanna start a taper on the methadone soon, and I know that's gonna suck, no matter how I go, but I can do it.

No doubt. Ain't nothing to it except to keep on keeping on, and learn from yesterday's mistakes.

For me today:

Coffee, nicotine, psych meds, black seed oil, methadone, weed. The usual. Except, I've just started using this black seed oil again, was using it as part of a taper earlier this year on bupe, but these last few days have been my first attempts combining it with methadone (stable dose, no taper) and I can for sure tell a marked difference, even clocking a decent bit of sedation, though I wouldn't quite call it a nod, this morning.

Feeling pretty good, if a bit lethargic/weak, but I'll live. Got the day off to handle a few things around the house, see if we can't balance that with a little low key fun and r&r.

I'd say it's on par with diphenhydramine and dxm. First rate potentiator with marked results; it's no magical fix all holy grail for wd, but for me there's no question it helps.
