I'm actually torn between 2 very different songs. So I'm gonna post them both.
i see mysterier post some emo stuff sometimes if i'm not mistaken... this will be my contribution to the thread to see if he or any one else can get into this dude... he's kind of got a different style than emo and just kind of a unique vibe in general:
edit: this is not emo... i'm just interested in mysterier because i thought he was posting some emo with another poster in a couple threads.. i think this music would actually be indie... if anybody else doesn't like it or likes it, i'd also be interested. it might be kind of boring and weird. idk, but i think it's super talented.
My last new found last night is allready posted.Disclaimer: I am not proclaiming to be a self-appointed arbiter of taste. Your questionable music preferences are your own. This is primarily a fun way to give artists a chance again or discover new tunes with what one perceives as convincingly their best song.
The Process:
The Verdict:
- One artist, one song, one shot
- Previous biases checked at the door
- Failed to impress before? Redemption arc time
- New to me? Let's see what you've got
At the very least, I will indicate that I'm "convinced" or "not convinced," though I will happily elaborate if requested. Possible outcomes:
Fine Print:
- Convinced: Well, would you look at that
- Not Convinced: Thanks, I hate it
Remember: This is just one person's attempt to find good music in questionable places. Take what resonates, leave what doesn't.
- All opinions are served hot but meant to be taken room temperature
- Your mileage may vary
- No artists were harmed in the making of these reviews (probably)
My friend is sorry to mention way better and only needs a underground subway station. No instrument or, buckets. And he sure aint the best.Convinced! Bonza!
Bit old for me, standing in my cupboard turned grey from playing it. [grey = figurative].
There were better bands imo Stone Roses, Happy Mondays and The Verve att.
With smaller ego s even, but thats just from the outside, maybe it was just looking like it.
edit: will post the extended, oops that was 'Fools Gold' so the normal version, for you.
Besides a track with the Chemical Brothers, did they make another record or not ?
fairly simple song, but it gets me. hope you enjoy.

Already posted by me, but a OG find, through a movie.
The rest of the genre i ll leave to the connaisseur.
Its contempary as can be, 1 month ago posted.
The music is a stirred up mix of my favorite ingredients.
The clip, well i assume LSD or psychedelic influenced. Sublime !
Except for ... when he s on Shrooms.
German, though i thought Africa, on MDMA & LSD, a Rave.
What is sticking on his underlip, any guess ?
So this is my trying to convince you track of :
_DON GOLIATH_
How did i get there, movie, no i am bulshitting me. It was Youtube s AI.
Don Goliath is absolutely weird, i find the music quite intense.Convinced. Though I appreciate some trip-hop and lounge music, this teeters on the edge, a close call, admittedly.
Not convinced. While it initially drew me in, the repetitiveness ultimately dulled its appeal.
Convinced. Out of dormancy comes a gentle reminderโit's been too long since I've revisited their work.
Good ..... but not as a start up kinda song.Is it too much Rattieness ?![]()
Like i liked em is not what i am liking now.@Mysterier I'll come out of left field with a Limp Bizkit song. That's a band I would expect most people not to like.
I've always loved the variable cacophonic resonance of this song, like the peaks and troughs of an acid trip. It hits a lot different than all their other music, and pairs excellently with various psychedelics.
It's like a numetal jam band song and quite unique in that regard.
