You haven't given us much information.
Do you have a high tolerance to opioids in general or is it just kratom you have developed a tolerance to.
I think using naltraxone or naloxone to reverse opioid tolerance theoretically should work, but it's pretty unpleasant and I don't think the effect would be a total reset, more likely you would feel more from any opioid used directly after using the opioid antagonist but tolerance would quickly return to where it was at before using the antagonist.
I have accidentally experienced this very effect once, I have been on methadone for over 20 years so obviously my opioid tolerance is at a level that makes getting a pleasurable effect from any opioid very difficult even at very high doses.
So one day I got hold of a box of targine, 10mg oxy codone/5mg naloxone, I knew I would have to take pretty much the whole box but I thought I would start by popping half a dozen and I chewed them up as they were sustained release and I wanted instant obviously.
Well I hadn't done my research on naloxone and didn't realize that the sublingual bioavailability of naloxone is a lot higher than just swallowing it.
After about 15 minutes I was sweating, goose bumps all over and just started feeling totally shite, my nose started running and I couldn't stop yawning, at about the 30 minute mark I felt sure I was dope sick, so I managed to get on my pc and did some reading and quickly realized I had taken about 30mg of naloxone sublingually and had put myself into precipitated withdrawl.
Things continued to get worse, I was in full opioid wd, luckily for me the half life of naloxone is pretty short so after about an hour the experience began to change completely, by this time I had swallowed another 6 targin but of coarse I swallowed them straight down.
When the naloxone whore of I got an awesome effect from the oxy, it felt like strong opioids used to before I got on the methadone.
This is pure speculation but it was as if the naloxone had blasted the methadone off my receptors and then allowed the oxy to jump on and work their magic.
I would have thought that given methadone has a much longer half life than oxy codone that after the naloxone whore off the methadone would have just grabbed back on to the receptors but it did not feel like that at all, it absolutely felt like the oxy was the opioid that I was feeling.
The precipitated wd was so unpleasant I have never been game enough to repeat the experiment.
Anyway I realize this is a long post but maybe someone with more guts than me could try this theory out, make of it what you will.
