Also the dishes are so peculiar that while it does not make sense regularly eat in one if you are not ultra wealthy, the price may be justified because there is lots of hunt for sea buckthorn seed from local marketplace that is then carved to a unicorn and takes 10 minutes a piece by fairy. So they pay for everything a lot, both manpower and ingredients, and don't necessarily even have insane profits.

YET another burst abscess in the same place as before.

This is getting to be too much, I think "God" wants me to die from a Fistula, I am 99.999% reluctant this time to go to A&E as they CUT the last one out & it took me weeks before I could sit down or walk like a normal person & the pain of it was something else. I have been burned, run over, smashed bones to the point the Doctor said how it wasn't a Compound Fracture was beyond him (that is when the bone comes through the skin like a blade of a knife)

The worst Tooth Pain can be dealt with by Indian Yogic techniques, the pain of a hole in your arse cannot be I promise you that much & you are welcome to test this theory.

I will be asking for Fent again in the vein if I do have to go to Hospital without question, that Fent took away the pain after the operation right away but they gave me bloody Codeine pills for my discharge, they did nothing. I was meant to take 4 a day, I was taking 4 for breakfast in one go & washed it down with Oral Morphine due to my Opiate tolerance.
 
The moment I came around from the Operation I Moved & made a noise I've only ever heard from a Cow giving birth @F.U.B.A.R. due to the pain, it went through me like an Electronic shock from my arse into my Skull & I went "MMMMMEEEERRRGGUUGGHHHH"

The Nurse looked at me right away & said "30mg Oral Morphine & 250mcg Fentanyl right now, you will feel better in a moment Sir" <3

I like that Nurse ssssoooo much ;)

I laughed so hard reading that, I had people look at me like I am mad.
I really am a arsehole now, the body has been giving me signs for a while now all my drug use is taking a heavy cost on my Physical health.

If it isn't my falling out teeth, my painful joints, my broken arse etc it's something else, the body is starting to hurt these last few years & the knees started to really go bad a few days ago.

We reap what we sow I guess.
 
The "best" was on the recovery ward after a few hours I tried my luck & asked for more Morphine, we all pay into the system so I see I should be given as much Opiates as I want, they refused after looking at my notes.
The one nurse said to the other "How is he not knocked out after being given that much?" I looked at her & smiled, I think she figured it out from that moment what I am ;)

sounds nasty

around 7/8 years back I got an infected wound on my coccyx area while using a very busy waterslide that caused me to bloom hundreds of boils on my arse, arse crack, butthole bollox, taint, thighs and lower stomach

taking time off work wasn't an option so I was taking antibiotics, antifungal and antibacterial tabs and my long suffering GF would sit on my legs and lance and squeeze the pus from this shit daily for around 7 weeks & clean with hydrogen peroxide solution and iodine

self care often trumps medical care and definitely gives an issue more attention

Must have been a complete pain in the arse for both of you
 
I took every last bit of the drug I had scheduled for 4 days, that causes withdrawals upon cessation, hit my forehead bloodily so it pains every time I try to pass shit, passed out outside, passed out inside, woke up to a hangover, took galenikan rivotril and puked it out in pure bile. But it is still 6 hours until my birthday parties with my big family. The rowanberry wine has brewed to 13 % strength, but yeast has not quite fallen yet, so I will probably have diarrhea by then, but not headache.

And I have absolutely disgusting slime ball in my throat. I wonder if it would dissolve with 40 % vodka/rhum/whiskey...
