Since levo has twice the potency of methadone, we get a 0.5% solution (methadone has 1%), so the dose is always equal. Each ml of the solution has 10mg levo in it, so I get a total of 60mg levo which according to my relatively low tolerance is enough to get me high as fuck upon injection.

As I said, the levo solution we get is diluted to match the potency of methadone (makes dosing easier for the docs). I'm getting a .5% solution (50% purity, the rest being viscous solution), so 10mg levo will equal 10mg methadone and not 20mg which would be the case if I was getting a 1% solution.

Nope, not at all difficult (doctors know it and don't give a fuck lol. They actually give us safer use instructions because they know that warning against it won't prevent anyone from shooting pills anyway). The wax coating can be removed by "cooking" it without letting it boil. I'd much rather IV Polamidon (Levomethadone) though because here we get it in the form of a clear solution that can also be injected (even though we are supposed to use it orally). Hits you hard as fuck, doesn't have the side effects that Methadone has and lasts 36h instead of 24h. I'll exchange one of my morphine pills with my mate tomorrow outside the clinic with his Polamidon solution (500mg of my morph for 6ml of his Polamidon), take it home and then I'll slam that bitch. Gonna report how it feels like tomorrow.
That is actually not necessary with the pills that we got, because there is something about the pharmacokinetics of Substitol which gives you a decent buzz even though the formulation is strongly retarded. I take my pill at around 8 or 9am (depending on when I arrive), it hits me after an hour, high lasts around 12 to 14h and cravings and wd are kept at bay for 24h in total. Pretty awesome stuff. Depending on how good the Polamidon feels like, I might tell my doc to switch me to that though, because some of the patients I've talked to have told me that shooting the Levomethadone solution gives a super long rush (imagine a heroin rush, only lasting 3h instead of 30 minutes) followed by a long ass high that lasts until well into the night and then gradually leaves you, so that by the time you wake up next morning you still feel superduper well. I see this myself with the patients. These guys walk into the freaking clinic still somewhat high, get their script, suck up the solution, shoot up and get high again lol. You're basically walking around with rose colored opioid glasses 24/7. Furthermore, the half life of Levo is so incredibly long that you can acually go up to 48h without taking your dose and not suffer any withdrawals (depending on how fast you metabolize. Fast metabolizers can still go 24h without wd which is awesome). All in all, Levo sounds like the opioid that I always wanted. Imagine methadone without it's nasty side effects + lasting much longer + giving you an overall cleaner high with a more pronounced euphoria. Since I don't plan on ever stopping opioids for the rest of my life, I don't give a fuck about how hard it is to get off of it anyway lol. The world has become such an incredibly shitty place that I just wanna be high all day until I die...

All right, just got my 6ml Polamidon HCL and about to shoot 3ml of it now (had to get out early today because the guy had an appointment and couldn't meet me later that day). Gonna make an Erowid style experience report. Will probably shoot the rest of it at 6pm or so, because I'm a bit sceptical about how long it will last. I think dude exaggerated a bit when he said that it will last well into the night. Sounds too good to be true but let's see.

Rush just subsided and I'm left with a very pleasant opioid high. I can think clearly again but I'm still high af. Damn, 2h 45min. long rush LOL. Was going in and out of nodding land, saliva dripping down on my pillow (which is weird because usually when I take a nodding dose I'm left with a very dry mouth, but Pola doesn't seem to have this side effect) which I noticed just now when the nodding ended. Gonna go and order a pizza now with some red bull and a tiramisu for dessert. Damn, the high feels way more in your face than morphine. Compared to morphine it's like a big ass, overdimensional anvil being dropped on you. Morphine is like rock music, Polamidon is like doom metal (if this opioid had a soundtrack, THIS would be it): .
Slow and heavy anthracite rock pushing you down into the 9th pit of hell where Satan himself resides. The cool thing is that the intense sedation doesn't take away the euphoria. I feel both simultaneously. I really, really like it so far...no in fact I LOVE it. It has become my favourite opioid. Will tell my doc tomorrow to immediately switch me over from morph to Levomethadone. Gonna get that sweet, sweet L-Polamidon HCL from the pharmacy tomorrow biatches. Just took a nap (usually impossible when I'm high on opioids), had a very pleasant dream, just woke up now and I'm STILL HIGH lol (even though it's slowly starting to fade more and more into the background and turning into an afterglow). Eyelids are still half-closed and I'm itchy all over hehe. I was lying the whole day on my couch and having pleasant, lovey-dovey daydreams while feeling wonderful both physically as well as emotionally. And so hungry. I ate like a hippo and enjoyed every single bite like a french connoisseur. I think everything that follows now will be more of an afterglow. This stuff is incredible. It's like opioids on slowmo. And every effect is way more pronounced. For example I usually get a bit hungry when on opioids, but on Pola I got THA munchies. Like weed level hunger! My tactile sensations were also more pronounced. Total duration of the high lasted around 13h 45mins and I speculate that it's going to gradually leave me now while I go to sleep. Counting the afterglow with it, it will probably be around 20h or so. I have no craving for more right now. Damn, one 3ml shot was more than enough (for the protocol: I took, as always, my daily dose of ULDN which potentiates the effect of the opioids that I take). Gonna save the other 3ml for tomorrow morning. Lol this Levomethadone stuff is like opioids on steroids. I'll try the rest of the 3ml tomorrow orally and see how that compares. It will definitely last longer, but ofc the rush will be missing. I've heard the high is still just as good though.
I feel bad for those who got hooked on Pola while in maintenance and plan on getting off of it because with a half life of 36 freaking hours their withdrawal will last like half a year or so lol. Not to mention PAWS. Good thing that I never ever plan on getting sober haha

Just looked up a few things on the pharmacology and pharmacokinetics of this chemical and I have to correct myself: half life is anywhere between 36 and 53h!!!
Well, in that case you got two options: either you taper down slowly and then take the occasional big dose, or you go the ultra low dose naltrexone route like I'm doing since January 2022. Fortunately, naltrexone is not a controlled substance, fairly easy to get and compounding pharmacies can make you a ULDN solution. Only downside: people on suboxone can't benefit from it because even the miniscule traces of naloxone in their blood antagonize their opioid receptors enough for it to not potentiate the high.
