Yesterday I woke up with a pulsating pustule to the posterior of my penis. Technically at border of ballsack and taint

I think it's what medical professionals call a sebaceous cyst

Unusual spot for it. This is the fruits of wearing footy shorts as jocks under heavy jeans in roasting weather 8 to ten days back

Gave it a right good squeeze this morning. It's gonna blow green tomorrow I reckon. Hopefully it's a lone wolf. Do not need an arseful of these haha

I once had what I assumed was a boil right on the fucking ring piece. Fortunately it just cleared up of it's own accord IIRC, but it was in such a bad place.

How do you tell the difference between a cyst and a boil though? Especially if the cyst becomes swollen?

Even after scanning this article I'm still not 100% sure.

I guess this maybe technically a boil, or an inflamed cyst

Cysts are under skin and usually painless, whereas a boil is like an internal pimple, but I am no doctor
 
A few years ago I noticed a lump close to one of my balls which obviously made me a little worried but it turned out to be an inguinal hernia

Best to get a GP to check it out, it's probably nothing serious

Yes, it's a literal pain in the hole

At one stage I found myself yesterday, perched atop a filthy porcelain throne with a shaving mirror floating in the streaked bowl below my balls as I, with one hand held a phone flashlight and with the other lanced the bastard boil

I reckon its the size of a slightly smaller than regulation ping pong ball

Hopefully it's peak is passed
 
speaking of lumps, after my thrid covid vaccination I developed prominent lumps under both armpits, presumably the lymph nodes reacting to the foreign vax. One of the lumps got so big - about the size of a golf ball and then one day burst when I was in the shower!... not pretty ๐Ÿคฎ ๐Ÿ˜ƒ

Suffice to say that was the last Covax I will be having: since I *still* came down with Covid twice since I had them anyway.... ๐Ÿค”

Got me some really good quality gear to smoke also, the National Express is like a Living Hell, I have taken it so many times before to the Airport & I hated every moment of it.
The last time I was on the Coach I had to sit near the back by the toilet & the door was broken, some guy went in there & he mist have eaten dead Rat for his dinner the day before as the smell was Pure Evil, so many people began to moan & give him nasty looks due to the smell he released on the rest of us.

Look out Cornwall El Bandito is riding into Town on a Steel Horse, he will rob your Chemists, take all your good looking women, make a fuss of all your dogs & give them Belly rubs and loads of good boi treats, drink all your good Cider then piss in the street, smoke all your BHO / DAB then start another Branch of his Gabe The Dog Cult & leave in the middle of the night.

No stops my arse - you think they are gonna run a coach all that way with no stops to pick up other passengers?

In your dreams my man. It would be nice mind, but you're gonna get woken up plenty of times when bus stops to pick up/drop off passengers.

It will be stopping at Cheltenham., Bristol, Exeter, Plymouth and Bodmin at least. I would imagine at 4 or 5 other towns too.

Hope you have a wicked time in Cornwall though, will do you good to get outta the midlands for a bit no doubt

EDIT @Zopiclone bandit I have just checked for you and your bus leaves at 9pm apparently, not 10pm as you have stated. So, please don't be late! You can thank me later (unless I'm mstaken - but I don't think so) :)

Also as predicted, it has (potentially) 16 stops before your destination, not zero! I love your optimism though and hope you don't have any toliet-horror on this journey (especially as I'm envisioning you smokin' a toot in the coach toliet, trainspotting-light kinda style)

Have got this vision of Zopi on the beach attempting to communicate with a local Cornish fella with a strong local accent... Zopi's Black Country drawl rendered even more incomprehensible due to the heroin he has just smoked...neither can understand the other so they have to resort to a combo of mime and sign language until Zopi becomes irate due to perceiving a non-existant slight on his character and they end up brawling on the damp sand destroying Zopi's tent in the process and also his return bus ticket, so he has to walk all the way home humming an original Blues

Points west, the local news just reported that a junked up neer do well was found squatting at the side of the road trousers round his ankles shouting ' fuckin pasties' while holding a foil sheet with a brown substance. Police say they are not sure of his identity as they couldn't understand a fucking word.
