Did you mean taking Phenibut with codeine/DHC?

I've not tried that combo, or even heard of the combo before tbh. Is it a bit better on the sleepiness after effects? (I think it might be the Soma making things worse for me)

IIRC I did get some phenibut several years ago to help with opiate or kratom withdrawals. In those days it was a lot easier to import such things cheaply through the post from Indian online pharmacies, without customs seizures at the border.

But I'm not risking importing stuff through the post again. I could have a look on the DNM, as there might be some UK suppliers of phenibut on there.

Yeah. I usually have my phenibut first thing when I wake up. Then a decent dose of codeine or DHC a few hours later.

Depending on what you're doing it can be quite euphoric eh drinking coffee and doing housework with tunes. It certainly will give you a real good sleep that night. I found further supplementation would get me nodding

No. I wouldn't import either. Especially when given that it's legal here there is a very reliable British vendor with decent product.

It's one of those things YMWV. But makes the music feel good and aids creativity. Just sounded like something you might enjoy. I've never tried the carisoprodol.

Obviously you have to be very respectful of the phen. I heard the horror stories but once a week has never given me any bother as long as your careful what you do.
 
Been steadily reverting my sleep cycle to something approaching normal over the past few months after a 3+ year phase of 11am-4.30am being my typical waking hours. Feels weird

Went to bed at 9. 30 fucking pm last night, treating myself to a Sunday morning wake and bake right now before rising and gorging some breakfast with the pups
 
I swear to God people who actually STINK in this heat should be KEPT AWAY from the rest of us, is it too much to ask you AT THE LEAST use Baby-wipes under your arms FFS?

This guy next to me could make a dead body rise up from the grave & vomit, it's a mixture of OLD SOCKS (that have clearly reached Poppadom level) & OLD STINK from his armpits.

Each time I breath in you can FEEL the FETID STINK cover my lungs in God knows what like a thick coat of Paint, I will have some kinda Pneumonic plague from this person!!!!!

It's actually worse than the smell of STINKING ASS Sheep in one of those trucks, you know that smell when they drive past & it's like you just been kicked in the lungs, this should be fucking ILLEGAL to go out in Public like that!!!!

The mind is a funny thing; I had a really clear thought of the fellow and something he said last night, out of the blue, shortly before bed - and early this morning woke up to discover he died during the night before while asleep
 
One would imagine, logically, that he smuggled his arse to glastonbury disguised as a highly trained professional hitman and camped out in a portapotty sewerage reservoir for the duration



I traveled to the big city & back today, and boy that city has gotten fucking BIGGER fast, bought a snazzy fresh from Korea import scooter to makeover. Had a pizza for brunch on arrival and a cheezebrgr meal for lunch and a snack pack of strawberry oreos for dinner. Just got back and made myself a spliff and a ploughmans
