What drugs (From your experiences) give a rush (comparable to IV) when administered rectally/plugged?

At the other end of the spectrum I have very consistently experienced rushes from plugging amphetamine and methamphetamine that are indistinguishable enough from IV that I no longer have any interest in shooting speed or crystal and plug them everytime.

MDxx compounds have - in my experience - consistently proven to be excellent when plugged and provides a rush similar to IV. Although MDxx compounds are unusual in that even oral dosing provides a rush akin to that associated with intravenous drugs.

The substance that prompted me to post this thread is methylphenidate (MPH) aka Ritalin which in the past had never given me a rush from plugging but oh boy I must’ve been doing something wrong because the last few days I have plugged MPH after doing the exact same extraction and cleanup I used for intravenous use but plugging it instead (ensuring empty bowels first) and praise junkie Jesus because I am now getting a rush that is almost as intense as IV MPH but lasts longer (resulting in far less susceptibility to the highly destructive compulsive redosing loops that occur with intravenous use).

So yeah, I would love to hear from anyone who can share their own experiences with IV-esque rushes from plugging of all kinds of substances

I used to slam coke when I lived in Guatemala for four years! It was pure stuff down there, one shot would make me puke and then the rush was insane I couldn’t stop and ended up in treatment

what dose of ritalin do you typically IV or plug?
 
Personally I have never plugged any substance in my whole live but as for the iv part,.

I doubt H would H the same and also the same with Dilaudid or pharm grade morphine amps.

I have all the above mentioned ND nothing I have used so far even cones close.

1. Pharma H
2. Pharma morphine
3. Pharma Hydromorphone (only places third for half life)

I'd you have used these at pharma pure level ND right dosages, nothing comes close. End of story for me at least
 
Exalgo (Hydromorphone HCl) extended release tablets can be split in half and the active ingredient side can be absorbed through the cheek. It is not the same as IV but the entire time it is absorbed through the cheek it keeps hitting similar to a "rush" type feeling. I rarely hear people talk about this version of Dilaudid. Taking the ER tablets PO one a day provides zero feelings for me. The active ingredient side can be IV'd or boofed after turning it into a liquid. It is the best version of Hydromorphone active ingredient next to IV solutions.
 
Plugging dilaudid (the 8 mg ‘hearts’) was far better than snorting them, but doesn’t compare to shooting. However, if you get the sweet spot when plugging it does have a very nice come up/body tingling high.
I only went that route when I had no veins left that were useable, or I couldn’t chance having fresh marks on my arms.

Thankfully, those days are behind me.

To anyone new that may come across this thread, if you’ve never been an IV user.. please stay that way.

I have one small vein in my hand that works and a butterfly has to be used for blood work. The hospital uses an ultrasound to install IV's in my upper arm underneath my bicep.

IV drug use is the wrong path for sure.

I take everything PO or dissolve certain meds under my tongue. I have Rx's for Roxi 210mg, Methadone 40mg, Clonidine 0.9mg, Ativan 2mg, Vistaril PAM 200mg, and Lunesta 3mg. During the winter months, I get Dilaudid and Flexeril or Zanaflex added to the mix. The cold irritates the degenerative bone disease.
 
MDMA and MDA have a definite rush when plugged. I only IV'd MDMA once, but I can say I like the feeling of plugging it better.

Oxycodone also has a decent rush when plugged, beat out slightly by IV.

For whatever reason, I never felt anything from plugging heroin, and I have heard others say the same. So it isn't even comparable to the IV rush.

Plugging Dilaudid gives no rush, but is a better high than snorting or eating it. I always preferred this one IV.

I'm sure there's a lot more to it than this, but, I've read that plugged-drugs get processed through the liver. Intranasal does not get filtered by the liver first.
