So much for my notion that, after being a virtual hermit for the past half decade, I would be less susceptible to infection. I wore masks when out, socially distanced and as a former health care worker I am already in the habit of washing my hands 12 times an hour. Triple - vaxxed as well then yesterday, upon waking up virtually unable to breath I found I have Covid. Fucking goosebumps mid afternoon on the hottest day in history.
