hey fam. long time no see. miss the old crew. life has been crazy, cosmic, epic, and still trying to make peace with the darkness within myself but vibin' in ways I never have before. used to try to expel the demons but now rather try to understand them so I can make allies and peace rather than the opposite.

been communicating with the big guy and we about to have some epic times as a human family but its gonna crack some heads wide open. y'all are gonna love every second.

peace to my old Pham. dont get discouraged...it may seem we are losing it...but we are about to come into some stuff thats never been lived before. be at ease, all is well, we are gonna be alright and I honestly never used to believe that. I used to hate but I found a love that is unfolding as we speak. its epic. I found what I was looking for.

namaste my riders...we heading into the storm but we gonna get some stuff out that we never had before. its for all of us...we deserve it...we suffered for long enough and we are about to see a victory within humanity that has never been seen before...but its gonna be dramatic and hurt at times as we leave the old ways behind.

Is ~5% kavalactones pretty standard for kava powder? My vendor is closing and I wanted to grab some of theirs, but I'm trying to figure out how long 100g will last me. I've only had kava once but I bought it at a head shop in Miami so I have no idea how strong it was.

Also just got word from my friend that my package with 5g Mesc and 125mg DOC touched down. DOC is number one on my bucket list and I'm very excited to try it. :love:

I tried it once while trying to recover for stimulants and felt it really increased my emotional dysregulation. Overall unpleasant experience.

I also read some things at the time that it is only effective and/or safe when taken in conjunction with a dopamine supplement. Or it might have been vice versa. I can’t recall the details but i decided I did not want to take the 2 supplements simultaneusly as I would not knowwhich side effects reaulted from which.
 
It’s almost 5 days since my traumatising 200 ug acid trip and 2 days since I smoked any meth. I’m not craving stims at all but feel so hemmed in alone inside my apartment alone with my regrets. The weather is gloomy and miserable outside and expected to stay that way. I can’t think straight.

I would like to drop 300 ug and head off on a long slow walk for a few hours through nearby parklands and just clear and refresh my mind. But it seems a very risky gamble that a trip now will be therapeutic or even cathartic - rather than just further traumatising.

If it goes sideways like the last one I have nothing in my first aid kit to level me out.
 
Fuck it: in for a penny, in for a pound. Losing my mind lost in a thunderstorm might be just what I need. And after only 20 minutes in I already know 300 ug was not my best choice ever…i’ve just got to survive the comeup…bye…

It may be so legal that it's sold in grocery stores, but I still don't really want to venture into sourcing on this topic. What I will say is that quality makes an endormous difference. I recommend buying from respected companies. There are whole forums on the internet dedicated to reviewing high quality kava kava, and they've been a good resource for me.

A few years ago, I went to a kava bar in Asheville, NC. Everyone was drinking kratom. The kava was thin and had no effect. I had the same experience at two kava bars in NYC - everyone drinking kratom, weak (but better) kava. In Oregon, I went to the kava bar several times. No kratom on the menu, and the kava was decently strong.
 
5-HTP probably helps with post-releaser serotonin replenishing, but I would say this is not exactly 100% for sure. For depression, it never did anything except one time I took it sublingually (after reading about doing so) and I got drowsy and felt better, but then I tried again and it didn't do anything so it could easily have been placebo. It doesn't make me feel worse or better. On theory it should have an effect on serotonin levels, but I think it only really makes sense to use it if your serotonin is depleted

Is this Synthetic Mescaline or Cactus Extract?

Wonder if you could set up an IM injection of that, or even plug it if that's not your thing to mitigate nausea. I'm pretty jealous I love Mescaline and have always wanted to try it in it's synthetic form. In the past I have IVed MAL and that was pretty wild the come-up was jarring and I think if I had the chance again I would IM it and put the solution through a micron filter.

I've got a pretty sensitive stomach right now so eating half a gram of anything which is potentially irritating is a concern to me, so I'm going to consider plugging it actually. Just might be harder to dial in the dosage since there's not many reports on plugging mescaline out there.

Idk if I would IM it I did IM ketamine a few times last summer and the whole process just gives me a weird feeling that I wouldn't want accompanying me on a psychedelic, but I imagine it would be cool for anyone who's more comfortable with that.

Did IV help with the nausea from MAL?

My concern with 5-HTP is increased 5-HT in the blood leading to increased 5-HT2B signaling in the heart valves. There's a disease known as carcinoid syndrome which drastically spikes blood 5-HT levels and it's a huge risk factor for valvular heart disease.
 
Had a tough start at work, some strange dynamics there and some fairly poor performances of me. Yesterday night I brought it into my head I was gonna get fired and made all sorts of arrangements and even fixed another interview for an easier position where I'd be walking around a lot lol (cancelling that). Quitting or getting fired is a terrible idea but it's what the mood swings bring, the negativity and anxiety is so thick that I don't even recognize that's what's happening after all these years + add the imposter syndrome which is definitely in me... =D

There's some truth in it though, I'm not made for sitting down at a desk all day, who even is.
 
Try to get a work from home gig if you can. I worked for my company in the office for a few years and then went remote (though they also hired people who were always remote). It's a great way to balance your work and personal life, in my opinion. I'm home the whole day during work, so I can do whatever I want or need to do as long as I am being productive overall. It's honestly pretty amazing, I kinda take it for granted now, but it truly did change my life. Work doesn't feel like it used to. It's just part of what I do with my day.

It does take some self-discipline sometimes, but I'm sure if you want that sort of thing, you could get it.
