CBD Megathread

Sounds explosive. Maybe I will start paying more attention in chem class. :)

Nope, so long as there’s no open flame ;) but one should never use an open flame with any flammable solvents, best to use electric heat plate.

no open flame
Any potential job site with a sign that reads no smoking outside the gate I turn around. I figure if there are so many or any flammable fumes/vapors/products is not for me anyway. This is on industrial construction sites... not macdonalds or something on that level.
I like open flame... is there a no-bake recipe like sarah lee cheese cake or is this a whole notha thang? ha jk
I better stay at being ya'll guinea pigs. Safer. Hahahaha!
But logged: Electric heat with insulated connections (just in case).

Good question, I’m not sure if this could be done at room temperature but it’s very possible.

Honestly I’ve taken hits and smoked near these before, not smart but my impression is explosions don’t happen often unless the person is allowing the space to fill with vapors.

One time though my buddy thought it’d be a good idea to evaporate a toluene/hash oil mixture over a flame in a glass dish. The glass dish broke…

i guess there was a mess when the glass broke?

My buddy used to huff this stuff on campin trips. Dude was a trip but solid.

Damn near caught their kitchen on fire lol, thank god toluene isn’t as flammable as other solvents.

My mom likes these gummies that are 1thc and 20 cbd and I can't get them anymore. There just out at the club. Would normal gummies with cbd bought from there internet do there trick and if so what brand is good? I'm worried I heard online cbd from outside the club is always fake. I dunno. Plus I'm a little worried it's t thc helping her pain not the cbd which again I heard it's as gimmick. Like worthless... I dunno why answers would help thank you

What is she suffering from? There are different types of pain and thus various appropriateness of solutions.

From personal experience, CBD is very helpful with reducing inflammation. Often times this translates to a reduction in pain. THC is very helpful with stomach issues, and treats problems such as nausea or appetite as well as disorders such as IBS.

My advice depends on her problem. A sprained ankle? CBD should help. Stomach cramps from her period? THC would probably be more beneficial.

My personal favourite is Charlotte's web gummies. The blend contains lemon balm and L-theanine along with a proprietary hemp product featuring more than 80 naturally occurring phytocannabinoids, terpenes, and flavonoids.

How many of you here had quit benzodiazepines and switched over to using CBD? If yes, did it changed the levels of anxiety and depression when using CBDs?

Just asking because I’m planning to try the full spectrum type CBD oils for the first time after I completely taper off from the benzodiazepines.

Another thing why I’m asking, is that many people out there still think that CBD is just a marketing hype and doesn’t do anything good for anxiety.

Just a quick recomendation for high-thc sativas decarbed and eaten with a little CBD thrown into the mix (100-150mg). NIce, giggly energetic high with a twist for music. Tremendous!

Find somewhere skeevy that sells delta 8 thc. It is similar to normal thc in effect, maybe a little weaker but pretty close. It is produced from cbd so people act like it is totally legal. As a consequence is pretty widely sold in illegal states.
Why skeevy? Lol someone referred to it as bathtub gin THC.

CBD is not the least bit psychoactive it would knock me out before I got high if I try probably.

Hi Drfeelgood ,

I have dabbled in Benzo in the past , and i have used CBD on and off for the last 5 years and i do think it helped somewhat.
The isolate based CBD is difficult to get the correct dose though which is why people believe CBD doesnt do anything for anxiety, because the effective dose range is much more confined vs consuming whole spectrum CBD flower or droppers/oil .
Also you have shady companies and sellers who lie about the strength of the CBD content within.

I can tell you for certain that there is a profound effect when you mix CBD with THC flower it makes it much more mellow and anxiety or bad thoughts are very unlikely to surface , so it definitely has some effects

Not so fast dragon! You eat 250mg of cbd along with your weed and then listen to music. You WILL see a difference.

Yea there’s lots of legal cannabinoids out right now, delta 8, THC-acetate, and HHC. All of which are technically legal and can be shipped right to your front door. CBD is a waste of time for what your looking for, sure it’ll give you a state of relaxation but it’s nowhere near the high you want.

Delta 8 is probably the best choice.
