The AZ bad side effects are far more common from the first jab, Moderna and Pfizer from the second, it's very well documented everywhere

At least 20 people I know irl have had exactly that experience too - you'll be fine after AZ 2, I'd bet on that

iirc @F.U.B.A.R. had AZ first time, mine was Moderna...so am expecting a possible rough weekend, we'll see

Here in Oz astra Zeneca for over 60’s only & phasing it out as soon as they can get enough moderna apparently. I had my 1st jab of Pfizer (got in before I turned 50) a week or so ago & suffered some minor side effects.
what your saying apf is I can expect worse side effects from the 2nd dose ?
I fucking hope not, I’ve got a big messy night out planned the day after my 2nd shot & I wanna be on form not feeling shit. Might have to rearrange it, but having said that I think with Pfizer you’ve got to have the 2nd dose within 5-6 weeks of the 1st or you have to start all over again. Fuck that

Yeah, the pattern is that most people get worst side effects after the 2nd pfizer or Moderna jab I'm afraid - that doesn;t mean you definitely will though

Also, in uk people ae getting their second pfizer/moderna jabs between 8 and 12 weeks after their first,

thanks for the heads up. i think my dad has a commercial blood pressure measuring device so i can try that when i get to his. i guess hypertension would make sense given my drug history and current stress levels and alcohol use.

managed not to bp yesterday cos i just got really drunk instead. really want to do neither tonight. still feel odd but not got out of bed yet so not sure the extent of it.

Hey I’m sorry to hear you’re struggling at the moment.

Whilst your bp could be an issue I’d be more inclined to say you need to sort your electrolyes out. If you’re B&P they will be messed up and all those symptoms are typical for electrolyte imbalance.

Moving house is one of the most stressful things in life, so it’s no wonder you’re out of sorts. I really hope you’ll find it easier to cope with when you’re settled in. There is a light at the end of the tunnel. You’ll manage.

I’ve lived in my house for 7 years snd I still have stuff in boxes! 🙃

thanks, that would make sense. i managed not to yesterday. sunday and monday were the really bad days and i've had 2 days i didn't do it all this week and am definitely feeling better than it was so it was related to the b/p. i'm such a fucking idiot like its not even a fun thing to do, even the tastiest food is gross when you're shoving it down in a panic knowing it coming back up soon.like wtf it makes no sense to me.

tomorrow evening will be my last night in my house and i'll be on my own so not looking forward to that. plus its all fucked up now by my parents having to self isolate so will have to move stuff in drips and drabs in the evenings next week, when they are free to move about. so lucky i'd planned everything in advance if i was having to give my keys up mid week i'd be screwed.

i had stuff in boxes still but only been here 2 years- threw most of it away, most satisfying!!

What's this Bloomsbury place like? I'm planning on a visit to two book shops I wanted to visit for some time (Treadwells & Atlantis) as I've decided I'm Heinrich Cornelius Agrippa (Nah I'm fucking with you, but I do wanna grab some of his work to say the least) & I'm NOT eager to travel all the way down to London from The Midlands to spend a hour in the stinking Capital to then go all the way right back to the arse-end of Brum, I wanna go have a look round.

Any ideas how to kill a few hours or something good to do around this part of London? I don't fancy being shot, robbed or walking onto the filming of some bullshit Drill music video btw (I assume that shit goes on in East London more than the WC part though)
