Mental Health Coming Off Invega Sustenna (Paliperidone) v4

I still have reduced but it’s almost back to normal it gets better every week, and yes my penis shrunk but it came back to normal, my penis was numb for about 2 months. What other side effects do you have?

The sexual side effects worrying me the most
I have reduced penile size , ED , less semen , can’t get natural erection , my desire is ok ,
It’s good that I see someone had the same and recovered
I wish I recover too

How Many Months Have You Been Fighting These Problems? Do You Have Any Mental Side Effects also?

I received total of 4 injections and I am 7th month off , I have weight gain also ,
If I recover my sexual dysfunction and loss weight , I would say I be 100% normal

my energy and mental functioning are fine

I still don’t have my sex drive back even though I can get erection, and I had 2 injections and I’m 4 months off. I gained weight but I’m still lean not much fat. Most people don’t recover between 9-12 months and even up too 2 years. I Know someone on the form name “ Dirtyinvega” and he penis numbness never recovered in that aspect, but he had a child so the semen and erections must have came back and he didn’t see improvements for 1 year and 7 months. I truly believe recovery is possible but in some cases it’s not. It could be due to your age if your a older man. I Think you will recover just give it sometime. Could take you a while. Im personally worried my motivation will never come back and the Anhedonia will be permeant and that’s what I’m fighting.

4 months are still early , a lot of things get better with time , don’t worry , I had also anhedonia but it improved , also about sexual desire at the beginning it was very low but with time it improved
But I am stuck with no penile response

I remember my semen look like water very clear now it’s back to normal. Just don’t ever give hope because you never know how you feel in the long term. Have you tried Viagra or any pills to help?

I saw an urologist he gave me tadalafil but no benefit from it , I think it’s something central not peripheral, complex issue

it comes back after 6 months since your last shot. i hope you are off the medication. The magic number to fully recover is like 8-10 months. It is different for everyone. Our suggestion is to take many nutrients as you can and be healthy. Lot of us like St. John's Wort because it removes Invega from the bloodstream much quicker.

Time heals everything including your sex drive. Just give it some time.

I was depressed and anytime I would do anything I would think it had no purpose, Yes I can think clearly now and have a full conversation and make everything sound right. I would question life and felt like nothing had no meaning just looked down on everything I did.
