How is everyone in school and I'm balancing barely working and about to go on EI? Good on you people!

I'm grateful for my bed and waking up every day in it after a night full of dreams. It feels beautiful waking up each day and getting to try it all again.

I met with my group today on Zoom and they are cool except there is one bossy girl who doesn’t have a clue. I don’t mind the bossiness if she knew what she was talking about. But she doesn’t.
But I’m personally killing it!

i have one amazing professor which always helps with the morale and the other ones are ok (not horribly bad like I've had before)

but also, what i learn is on ME and not on anyone else. the material i'm learning is really cool stuff which def helps with my motivation and drive

I am so grateful for sleep and hydroxyzine...non addictive and gives you a good nights sleep.

I just need to focus on school and shit so I can eventually become a Doctor (ER Physician or Psychiatrist).

Hydroxyzine definitely does the trick for keeping me sleepy and sane

Also, my dad - he helped me through heroin detox, and he talked me out of stuffing an OC80 up my nose today.
