You may not like it but they ARE human. And your desires to commit human rights abuses have no place in the modern world.

"human rights" no such thing in the modern worlds prison's. Only those who been inside know the true reality of the human psyche and how people show what they truly made of. If all these woke people acutally went inside prision these days and cried about rights the guards would laugh at them. The modern world is far from pure and human rights are a illusion in the dredges of society. Why afford rights to those who will murder and rape endlessly. You talk of human rights but then you celebrate the rights of freedom of speech been taken away from the right wing and trump.

There is a hierarchy in the crimminal world those who hurt children and rapists are the bottom of the food chain and will promptly be killed or tortured in general pop, this why those pedophile judges invented special prision units to protect their own kind.

Allah gave us the word of the quran and a life for a life eye for a eye. When did the western world get so soft on the worst criminals.

I have loads of catching up to do. Just mentioning this because there's a few great posts here (one or two in direct response to me) and that I'd like to respond to. Point is: I'm not ignoring anybody nor have I simply abandoned the topic. This just simply not a topic to just jump in on and post without careful thought and without being interrupted by all sorts of other shit that's going on (which has been the case for the last two or three days unfortunately). In the meantime though: keep going. Some really great posts and insights being shared and being debated real nice and rationally thus far (makes for a refreshing change to say the least) (compare this to CEPS, which I've also fallen behind on, and you'll see what I mean! Some serious disconnect from reality going on there for sure and one or two over there in serious need of my help an guidance! ).

Even though I have jokingly said the same thing...do unto others before they do unto you...I've lived my life trying to help others when I could, especially those less fortunate than me. IDK if this has been mentioned in this discussion, but I believe in karma, and have seen it occur repeatedly. I'll explain.
A few years ago I had a (legitimate, legal) business in which I handled a great quantity of cash each week. A "friend" set me up for a home invasion type robbery in which I was tied hands and feet, bag over my head, and had the shit kicked out of me until I relented. I also had a gun put to my head, and since two acquaintances of mine had been robbed and killed that same year in such a manner, I truly thought I was going die. I compare this to torture, and, not meaning to offend anyone, I'll even go so far as to say, a type of rape. I was left with a whopping case of PTSD that only therapy helped to lessen. (A gun in my belt helped, too).
My point? I believe that karma was being repaid, by me being left alive. I had several offers to have my so called friend "taken care of", for free, no connection to me...and I said please don't.
A few years later I found out that two of the bastards that robbed me had been served a horrible fate that I believe was...karma.
I also believe that if a person that rapes a child is raped and/or tortured by other prison inmates, well, that's karma.
This may seem to some people to be just nonsensical spiritual beliefs, but I'm lucky enough to have known my great grandfather, and to know my great grandson. Karma?

suffering is a nature state of being that is inescapable on earth. Perpetuating suffering onto those who caused the most suffering is revenge and practiced in most middle eastern countries under sharia. suicide bombing is not Islamic and contradicts the tho shoult not destroy yourself or kill the innocent. It was only 100 years ago people use to be hanged in the entire world. In iran a women was acid attacked she was given the chance to also blind her attack with her acid which I see most fair.

I believe in hell and i believe god sends people there who murder and rape and i believe hell is the worst state of existent in reality any suffering or torture on earth doesn't even compare 1% to hell. Torturing evil people is fine for the almighty creator and ruler of reality but justice is not for the innocent doesn't make sense

You could say its probably worse torture leaving a person inside a cell 23 hours a day for life in max security im sure bleeding out to death in 10 minutes is still better and less suffering than that prision cell. My main cause for death penalty is to send that person on their way to divine retribution and judgement faster because every second alive on earth is to good for each second they could be spending in hell instead.

I grew up in the hood and escaped it i went to school with evil people who went on to become murders i knew they would kill people right from the age of 10 they were born fucking evil. everybody has free will if somebody wants to use that for evil well hell is all that awaits them and that is the reality of life whenever people believe it or not.

In brazil murder carries up to 20 years in jail not even life they have some of the highest murder rates in the whole world though the way of life is very different there and all the favelas etc. it still stands a rapist or murder should never ever let be let out of jail they still murder and rape inside the jail when released they always go onto reoffend at that level of evil no rehabilitation is possible. best to just off them either via hanging or firing squad. for over 1000 years it was totally fine to nail people to crosses then it was not.

@TripSitterNZ - I'm pretty sure Islamic scripture has pretty strong words to say on the use of intoxicants as well, up to and including the promotion of capital punishment for drinking wine in at least once instance. But I'm guessing you choose to ignore those bits because you're just attracted by the violence and have essentially radicalised yourself.

The fact that suffering is natural is irrelevant. We have the capacity to reduce suffering as human beings, through organised systems of thought like human rights.

A side of effect of these systems, yes, is that we cannot all indulge our violent fantasies whenever we would like. That's the price we have to pay for reducing the net amount of suffering experienced by the human race now and in the future.

In the Quran there is actually nothing stopping the consumption of intoxicants and the ine hadith about alchol only applies to that. Muslims are free to consume to psychedelics and smoke cannabis technically in the eyes of the Quran. Some mosques drop acid and mediate and pray to Allah to achieve ego death in groups. Tons of muslims still drink and smoke heavy amounts of cannabis

Yeah I totally agree that Islam has been taken over in many places by fundamentalists who have corrupted it... same as Christianity. At its core it's a beautiful thing, as is Christianity. The golden age of Islam was during the dark ages in Europe and they had a very liberal culture filled with a high quality of life and lots of art and philosophy. It's sad that nowdays all people think about when they think about Muslims/Islam is the extremists and the cultures who have used it to oppress people.

I agree with you, Xorkoth. The Koran, and the Bible, taken out of context can be interpreted to mean the opposite of the intended lesson. On the subject of this thread, capital punishment...and please correct me if I'm wrong, as I am not Muslim...Koran 6:151 says: "Take not life, which God has made sacred, except by way of justice and law."

I believe in fully bringing capital pushiment back for murders rapists pedophiles war criminals. Whenever it by firing squad hanging or the old fashion medieval methods which i most prefer they would use on criminals i.e hanged drawn and quartered for the most horrible crimes and cruxification in the public square as a warning to others if you dear harm other lifeforms especially children you will have the most horrific execution and slow painful death.


The world has gone to fucking PC and soft on people we need to bring back this shit and hold people responsible for their crimes against humanity. Also if somebody hurts animals like those sick fuckers who kill cats and dogs they should also be killed in the most horrific slow painful way.

Her lawyers say she was abused as a child and had some sort of undiagnosed mental illness.

Not sure if she has been executed or not but since she didn't argue the fact she did it then my God, its an insult to the victim that she lost her life and was ripped apart and child taken to spend these resources on the culprit.

Admitting guilt shouldn't mean death penalty as that would deter confessions however when there is literally no way of punishing the wrong person anyway and they do something like that then simply put the animal down.


No fuss, no pain, just knock her out then chop her head off, cremate the remains and dont leave any trace they existed


People who murder in cold blood anyone who were going about their life peacefully languish for years and years having appeal after appeal then have the advantage of time passing and the victims becoming a distant memory so what they did doesnt have the same horror. The families of the victims are stuck in time having lost their loved one and deserve to know they matter more than the murderer.


I guess if the families of the victims are against death penalty then they should be able to influence the penalty or are wanting the culprit to lose their life then they are most affected, not the jurors , public or judge.

koran gives rules of law for when things are permissible in all aspects of life including wartime. Captial pushiment is just under the quran as a life for a life. Murder is the second highest crime of the quran second to assigning equals to god
