I don't perform nearly as well with condoms either, but it has nothing to do with my stamina. If by "stamina", you really mean "erection", they make pills for that. If you actually mean stamina, then I'm sorry to say that a condom isn't your problem. You are simply out of shape.
Here are some other tips that might help that I didn't see already suggested:
-Squeeze the reservoir on the tip of the condom prior to rolling it down the shaft to get rid of air pockets which will cause even more unnecessary and unwanted friction between you and the condom.

-Sex doesn't require intercourse. Get your frottage on. Get a hand job. Get creative.
