So ot since it’s Friday morning and I have a easy shift ahead iv railed a double dose of 200mg oxy and am just taking my gaba P as prescribed today. Iv also ground up 3.5g of strawberry 🍓 cough weed to vape through the half shift ahead

slept like the dead last night but had 100mg dopaquel before bed. Slight hangover from it or had, its gone now lol

Woke up pretty late so just started the day with 3.3g of green malay kratom and also ordered a burger and fries.

I put quite a bit of this new hot sauce I bought (yeah I don't only buy drugs) made with Trinidad Scorpion peppers. It's my first time trying that one and I love it, it's obviously pretty hot but in a good way (mostly on the back of the mouth) and the flavor is amazing.

Back on the kratom, lololol. Unfortunately I'm just useless without it right now. Tianeptine unfortunately seems to be giving me liver pain sometimes which is very concerning, gonna get a full spectrum liver function test sometime soon. Other than that though feeling good. In retrospect I think my kratom "withdrawals" were largely psychosomatic since I had the same episodes of major fatigue while I was off it... maybe I've got COVID, cancer, Myalgic Encephalitis, or some kind of brain disease. Hopefully not. Early signs of liver failure? Kidney disease? Again, hope not. Hopefully just health anxiety, lol.

Hope everyone else is healthy, happy, and well.
 
From what I know only some people seem to be predisposed to liver problems from kratom. In the worst cases acute liver failure happens very fast, like a week after they starting taking kratom. But I admit I haven't research it enough, I probably should.

I've had some concerns as well since I've been taking kratom for ~3-4 years. But I got tested each year and all my liver enzymes were normal so I'm not too worried right now.

Just snorted 10mg of amphetamine (acetone washed euro speed).

Wait are you talking about kratom or tianeptine here?

I know tianeptine is supposedly not great, although I have taken it on/off for a good few years - I've noticed before if I drink on it, the day after I will feel quite acute liver pain, I always wonder how much you can really feel internal organs, but, definitely something not good is going on. However recently it seems I've reached some kind of cumulative threshold and the liver discomfort can set in a lot more quickly so obviously I just have to stop...

I fortunately didn't really get the above mentioned symptoms with kratom alone... but I do sometimes get other weird health sensations with kratom, I think a lot of it probably related to dehydration and constipation, clogged intestines pressing on my other organs lol... Must remember to drink a shitload. Especially since I often combine with modafinil which is also dehydrating.

For some reason I thought madness was talking about kratom lol.
Anyway, tianeptine can indeed cause hapatotoxicity, IIRC it isn't caused by tianeptine itself but by some of its active metabolites, you would probably need to take a lot unless that particular metabolic pathway is been favored for some reason (mixing tianeptine with the wrong drugs for example).
I don't think it's that common but it might be worth doing a liver test just to be completely sure that everything is OK.

Going to take some more kratom
 
6 grams of red vein kratom. Despite it being an opioid, I find that at this dosage it's very stoning and almost cannabis like. Which isn't something you'll catch me complaining about.

See this is something I worry about as well. Being on probation has caused me to drink a LOT of alcohol this past year and I now get weird pains in my abdomen on both sides near my pancreas and liver. Even after dialing it down and using GHB temporarily to step off completely I still get them. I'm hoping it didn't open me up to kratom related liver issues, because some days when I consume a lot of it I get the pains. It often is just constipation or an ulcer though. I'm fairly sure I had a little bout of pancreatitis earlier in the year, a lot of the symptoms matched up, but I haven't had that same issue since.

I'm finally making decent money again so I'm taking myself to a doctor soon. Better to not keep ignoring it in case it's something really bad.
