You have unlimited access to morphine vials? Opiate use isn't very common in latinamerica so I don't think you could buy such potent opioids from street dealers (as far as I know the local dealers are mainly focused on cocaine and weed) right?
You must know someone who is able to divert large quantities of legit pharmaceuticals (either from pharmacies or from hospitals) to the black market.
I've always been interesting in the black market supply chain lol.

10mg of morphine (been a long time so I'm testing the waters)
2.5g of kratom cause that amount of morphine isn't enough.

i got contacts in the medicine black market from my country, i pay 2$ for empty already signed prescriptions and i put w.e the fuck i want. The prescriptions for morphine are a tad bit expensive but i've forged a prescription before and went to a hospital and bought morphine legally LOL. well it was a legal prescription though, all the info and the patient were real. But i prefer to buy morphine from 2 mates i got who work in the pharmacy industry of Lima ;)

@4meSM yes cocaine, weed, and the ppl who go to raves sell psychedelics, mushrooms, MDMA, pills and poppers. Not many ppl use meds recreationally here even though we have Pentin, pregabalin, tramadol, codeine and benzos OTC.

I lived most of my life in central america and the drug scene seems very similar. But most drugs were a bit more expensive than in Peru, also because the cost of living is way higher in my country. The most I could buy without a prescription was tramadol, you could get codeine and a few benzos from some shady pharmacies (mostly in small towns) though. The same thing will happen in Peru sooner or later, I don't think you'll be able to buy benzos OTC forever.

I know about buying narcotics using empty prescriptions but I always had the impression that it was a very risky thing to do on a regular basis, specially if you're buying a bunch of IV morphine lol (plus the doctor could get caught). Buying from people who work in the pharma industry is the way to go.

no offence but you have no idea how CORRUPT this country is hahahahhahhaha. This shit's been going even before I was born and if that ever happens, I'll be too old to be spending my days chasing hard narcotics anyway.

oh no, to buy morphine ampoules u need a SPECIAL triple recipe. it's different, the other scripts i used em when i wanted 100 pills box of clonaz. lols.

and my dessert has been a pack of good quality cigarettes
I was nodding for like 10 mins in a bench in miraflores(one of the best neighbours in lima) so hard hahaha i was having lucid dreams PREGAB+MORPHINE FEEELS SO GOOD.
