Sounds like your meth was cut with a stimulant. Amphs, Caffeine or resedue from the Pseudo.

However, have fun with your spliff. I guess I'm gonna vape some weed too. Why not?! :p

Slept semi okay but pain and rls kept me awake from early hours of the morning
Think I'm going to try dosing ER Gabapentin at night and see if that helps. For my current needs till I get a strong opiate for the next few winter months.

Anyhow, started the day as usual.

Few bong hits, a mix of Jackalope and mango kush.
Single expresso
200mg Gabapentim
50mg Lyrica
6mg Bromazepam

Considering maybe having 1mg subutex but dont feel its needed. Got some weighing, sorting and packing to do today. At least the harvest is over, thank fuck. Overall feeling good and motivated.

Also using gabapentin and lyrica inbetween as needed but i actually do have chronic pain. If i may ask if you have the experience or ANYONE for that matter. What is the difference in strength and pain relieve between morphine in inj. form and tablet form. I'm busy trying to get either morphine sulphate tablets, pethidine or hydromorphone. But just interested in the difference between tab and inj when it comes to morphine

10mg adderall late in the afternoon to get me through my shift at work.
Work was hell so I chomped down 2mg of alprazolam with a shot of whiskey the moment I got home.
Snorted 30mg of ketamine to further pursue the numbness that my brain needs right now.
Took a couple hits of DMT since it's the only way I can vacation far away from here during this quarantine shit...

I'm typically not a fan of mixing too many substances... But I feel so. fucking. good. right now... :love:

I think everything is slowly wearing off because I'm typing entirely too well right now. Might have to indulge in some more activities before I crash for the night.

Sure, I know that meth is a strong stimulant - lol! but he said "...feels more stimulating (got some tachycardia unfortunately) but not as euphoric." so it could be that the meth was cut with another stimulant that feels less euphoric, which sounds like that it was cut with another less euphoric amph /edit: (FYI there are a lot more than just Methamphetamine) or just caffeine. ;)

300mg Pregabalin
high CBD oil sublingual
some small lines of Kanna ET4 extract nasal (strongest extract I've ever had) feels pretty nice and you don't need much

Feeling good and semi pain free with a slight head buzz.

the bioavailability from oral morphine is around 30% and Injectable 100%. U can't even compare the 2, Ampoules are far superior in every aspect.

Thank you, reason im asking is cause i cant get the amps scripted but i can get the tabs. So if Jurnista script doesnt pull through i might need to get that and just dose higher or pethidine again but trying to stay away from inj.
