Using word "nigger" makes you racist?

Speaking for me I do know and understand the history of the word "nigger/niggah" in the context of the US, but I do believe that it is a fundamental step in ending racial issues that everyone forgets what it was used for and stops calling the race card when it's spoken, it's
Even if anyone uses it anymore, that's not gonna stop racist assholes from discriminating who they choose, I hope we can all agree racism is not a word but something much more complex, and that word doesn't give any power to the blacks using it to refer to one another, nor to a white person referring to a black person in a hostile way... It's an insult in the worst case scenario, and it's punishable by law if used like that.
If it's used in a friendly way, it's the same as calling a mate cunt, junkie, alcoholic, idiot, son of a bitch when the level of confidence and circumstances allow that.

Slavery has been over for hundreds of years, and any racial laws decades ago, the idea that blacks are discriminated to this day is enabling some of them to feel entitled to more rights than others based on skin colour, which is racist in itself.

Some of the people that think that bigger/niggah can only be spoken by blacks, will also say that all white people are racist, and/or that all white people are born privileged because of past riches accumulated through slavery and discrimination, which is clearly delusional.

I'll give an example of how this word is used in my small town in Italy: some of the people I know (Italian by birth and descent) are into hip hop and do rap tracks.
Recently they made friends with some African born immigrants, and they recorded a rap track with them as well as shooting the video with them.
This African guys call each other nigger, and a friend of mine that was with the Italian rappers asked for a light, and the guys where like "we ain't got one, but you can ask the niggers over there" and over there was like 2 steps to the side as everyone was sitting on a sort of a long bench in a park.
My friend was extremely surprised nobody gave any importance to the thing, or seemed to notice it in any way.
Later on she asked the rappers if they thought it was ok to use that word, and they had no clue where she was coming from.
Basically what they said was that they said it in the same way they say it to each other and there was nothing else to it, why would that be a problem for anyone, and it's not like they address them in that way only, it just happened to bethe word used in that specific instance, could have been "dudes" or "guys" or whatever.

Ah, but you're wrong. I am no Nazi since I'm not a cretin and I am strongly opposed to any collectivism, especially socialism, especially that of a nationalistic prefix. Furthermore, I don't hate black people, I know that they can't do better. What I'm pissed about is Zionist's pumping the Europe full of low IQ rapists with extreme Islamic beliefs in their heads. I am pissed with how western world is being driven into the mud of third world, brought to the west by said third worlders. Now, tell me that my sentiment is wrong and if you'll do so, please tell me where I am wrong about said sentiments. Have another look at that sweet map that reveals so much about our current predicament.
