I'm going to be what God set me out to be

I'll pass on the psychedelics. I've thought about it, but I might take a bad trip and never come back from it. haha I've read about ego death years ago from psychedelics. It sounds like the most frightening thing ever. Have you ever done ayahuasca?
I have used LSD, Shrooms, dmt, 5-meo-dmt and ayahuasca. most people come back unless they have psychosis running through their genetics bad trips are rare. Psychedelics are avatars of god and show you the truth no half truths the hard dirty truth of all.

If you have mental illness, it's not a good idea. That's why I won't experiment with such things, but it's cool you could!

I was just reading about ego death again and people were saying they lose their sense of self and identity. When they come back to reality, they have a nihilistic view. I already experience that anyway. haha

The evil here on Earth is absolutely the result of Adam and Eve. By disobeying God and listening to Satan, they gave Satan control of this world

If God is omnipotent and the most powerful entity in existence, and also the one God, how was Satan really able to take control? Makes Satan seem like a potentially more powerful deity... If the difference between God calling the shots and Satan doing it is 2 humans eating a piece of fruit, you have to question the omnipotence of God. That seems like a crazy lack of forethought to even create an apple that had the power to damn billions of people forever. I mean, why do that? Why even let humans near it? Why would the only precaution He took be telling Adam and Steve not to eat the fruit?

Satan certainly isn't more powerful. Adam and Eve made us sinners by disobeying God's command, "Do not eat from that tree." That's the ONLY command God gave! So then Satan comes along, twists God's words and they fall for it. At first, there was absolutely no chance for redemption. This is why we have a good God because He sent His only son to save us all.
Where Adam messed up and cursed the ground, Jesus was sent and made it redeemed ground. He paid for all of our sins on the cross. That is when Satan was defeated. The only power Satan has over us is the power we give him. He has absolutely no authority in a believer's life. Satan will tell you that you are worthless and that you should kill yourself. Satan is called "The accuser of the brethren." If you don't know any better, you will fall for his lies. (I mean general you, not you directly).

God's Word is a weapon that defeats the negativity in your mind. The spiritual battle starts in your mind with the devil trying to break you down with negative thoughts and it spreads throughout the rest of your life IF you let it. Spiritual warfare is a real thing.

Jesus already defeated Satan in the spirit world and conquered death. That's why we have eternal life when we die. Satan is the ruler of this world for a very short time. His time is coming to an end. That's why he's trying to steal as many souls as possible. You can look around and see all the darkness going on. Look at how the suicide rate has spiked. I'm sure that's because the devil got into their head and made them feel worthless and like they should end it all. It's important to learn God's Word and promises to use as a weapon against those defeating thoughts. Otherwise, you'll be engulfed in the negativity and it will take over completely.

Here on Earth is Satan's last chance to trick people and send them to hell. He will stop at nothing because he's jealous of us and he hates that we are made in God's image. He has so many people fooled. Satan disguises himself as an angel of light. He's the father of lies. There is no truth in him.

2 Corinthians 11:14-15 ESV / 27
"And no wonder, for even Satan disguises himself as an angel of light. So it is no surprise if his servants, also, disguise themselves as servants of righteousness. Their end will correspond to their deeds."

2 Corinthians 4:4 ESV / 53
"In their case the god of this world has blinded the minds of the unbelievers, to keep them from seeing the light of the gospel of the glory of Christ, who is the image of God."

1 John 4:4 ESV / 26
"Little children, you are from God and have overcome them, for he who is in you is greater than he who is in the world."

"He who is in you is greater than he who is in the world." That means if you have Jesus, you are more powerful than the devil in this world.

John 10:10 ESV / 48
"The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy. I came that they may have life and have it abundantly."

Jesus is eternal life.

Anybody that takes the bible as literal truth is so far brainwashed they are the ones ending up in the lower astral planes of consciouness once they die with their karma.

There is only consciouness and one is all. Jesus is not the son of god but like every other human. In india he discovered meditation and magic mushrooms and dmt in the trees and became a hardcore psychonaut stoner.

You can also say there is no christ for their is no true self but the unchanging ultimate infinite reality that dwells within us all. Yin and yang light and dark in perfect balance. There is no magic man up in the sky taking anybody to salvation. There has and only has been you. Divinity is the physical plane but it aint all rainbows and sunshine that's not what god is. God is the infinite potential of the void as much good as it contains it contains also infinite evil and darkness but this is not separate this is also god

Satan is the darkest aspect of god that exists within the potential for creation of reality to be experinced there needed to be a observer and something to observe hence this physical universe. Duality is a fundamental fact of all creation. Christians are no better than ISIS and are hypocrits condemding everybody to hell "forever"

This reality runs on karmic energy the only ones going to a hellish plane for a limited time are those who commit crimes against life i,e rapists, murders. Christans dont understand the true message behind christ at all and should probably read into Hinduism and broaden their limited judgemental knowledge.

Adam and eve is a allegory to the dual experince within a human struggle in the quests for knowledge and the battle of the ego no acutal god tree or the devil. It is all within the mind as two halves of of the human mind battle a struggle agaisn't their own desires and temptations at last the dmt hits their pineal gland and true knowledge of reality is revealed that suffering is a fundmental fact of life and god is just as evil as it is good.

No, I'm not "brainwashed" at all. You say "Jesus is not the son of God." Yes, He is.

And a voice from heaven said, “This is My beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased!”
Matthew 3:17

God was talking about Jesus clearly.
How do you know Jesus was a hardcore psychonaut stoner? Just curious why you think that.

Because i have gone and see for myself All is god and all is one. God doesn't speak. Jesus also never proclaimed himself to be the son of god he discovered the underlying truth of reality within and told people that then got executed. Then some power hungry kings wrote a fake book to enslave Europe.

Hmm, ok then we disagree. Jesus acknowledges His father God and the Holy Spirit many times.

I have absolutely no doubt that Jesus was a practicing Jew his entire life, and that everything he said and did was consistent with Second Temple era Judaism. John and Paul, the latter of which never even met Jesus, wrote after Jesus's death, and after the decision was made to allow non-practicing gentiles become members of the Church. They were writing to a non-Jewish audience during a time when Israel was basically destroyed by the Roman Empire. They were concerned with proselytizing to grow their religious movement (it worked). I'm not saying they were wrong or that the Church is somehow defective, but my argument is that Jesus's story relies almost entirely on what the writers of the New Testament wrote. There are very good reasons to believe the story was revised, redacted, or embellished. I'm not saying that is wrong, Old Testament writers did the same thing for similar reasons. Reference to Jesus's parables is instructive because, when asked by the Disciples why he taught in parables, Jesus said people were so hard of heart they would reject his message out of hand. I think John and Paul understood this and took it to heart when they wrote their New Testament writings.
Just my Christian thoughts.

I believe the disciples wrote from their experience following Jesus. The Holy Spirit can take over a person and that could very well be how they wrote the book. I don't know all the answers. I'm still learning. I appreciate your perspective.

So Satan is the bad guy, right?

This is advice about how to conquer people:

"Before you attack a town that is far from your land, offer peace to the people who live there. If they surrender and open their town gates, they will become your slaves. But if they reject your offer of peace and try to fight, surround their town and attack. Then, after the Lord helps you capture it, kill all the men. Take the women and children as slaves and keep the livestock and everything else of value.

16 Whenever you capture towns in the land the Lord your God is giving you, be sure to kill all the people and animals. 17 He has commanded you to completely wipe out the Hittites, the Amorites, the Canaanites, the Perizzites, the Hivites, and the Jebusites. 18 If you allow them to live, they will persuade you to worship their disgusting gods, and you will be unfaithful to the Lord."

It is impossible for me to take any biblical story as just or good moral advice when you get stuff like the above.

Though at least He wants the damn fruit trees spared- seriously, what is God's preoccupation with trees?

"When you are attacking a town, don’t chop down its fruit trees, not even if you have had the town surrounded for a long time. Fruit trees aren’t your enemies, and they produce food that you can eat, so don’t cut them down. 20 You may need wood to make ladders and towers to help you get over the walls and capture the town. But use only trees that you know are not fruit trees."

But of course this God only wants the trees spared so you can make ladders to enter towns and destroy and enslave God's enemies (he does point out that the trees aren't!). But, um, don't use the fruit trees.

I'm sorry, but the Bible is either totally irrelevant at best, evil and immoral at worst. There is no interpretation of the above that contains anything that a moral human wouldn't utterly reject- or should reject at least.

You may say the old testament is not relevant to Christianity- but Jesus himself was at pains to explain that He himself was the God of that book. It's his words and yet most Christians ignore it (I hope at least).

I can only wish mercy on your dmt trip when it floods your brain on death only then will you finally realize the ultimate truth.

lol

Aint that the truth my friend, since I smoked N,N-DMT that is the view I've taken too.
The 2nd time I hit it I had an experience with "God" that no Christian, Jew, Hindu (insert ANY faith here) will ever understand, to say I was crushed simply doesn't do it justice.

Anyway for all you lot barking at each other about Jesus being a Jew etc........I suggest you go listen to this but I know you wont as it will smash your narrow viewpoint into dust.
Leonard Ravenhill isn't hardly known by folks in the church as he was too right, he came to preach & his words would burn down the church as we know it today.

Oh my, I guess I'm so not edgy enough or couldn't possibly have any wisdom whatsoever because I haven't blown my brains out on psychedelics. You guys who have tripped so hard know more than the rest of us. My bad.

So you're quoting the Old Testament with Moses and God's laws/commandments before Jesus came here and made the new covenant of love and grace. Ok, just making that clear. Of course those who want to be against it anyway will jump on that.

Thanks, I appreciate yours as well. I'm just learning too. I think the Holy Spirit is a big part of it.

without a doubt undoubtedly. All all those who have looked down on me......Heaven is my balcony.
Don't you think it's kind of arrogant to think god specifically chose *you* to do any one special thing? You can do what you want. Do what makes you HAPPY, dude :)
Seriously, god isn't bothered.
