Wahoo heading home off this Arctic Ocean land! Seen a grizzly bear and two her cubs this morning right out our kitchen window that was kinda crazy lol I'm still feeling ok I'm surprised I haven't had any bad wd symptoms yet going from like 70/80 mg down to 50 then to 20 and now tonight has not even been 10 yet maybe the lil powder I have left will make it 10 mg total for the evening wait for lunch to be over then snort that. Good. Red is got in touch with an old friend I used to do opiates with over two years ago. I might be asking my doc for break through meds for my pain I don't want to keep dosing my done ever again and feel helpless. Nerve pain sucks but being sober sucks more! I'll report back tomorrow after my appointment see how it goes!

Yeah you should really have some short acting pain killer for breakthrough pain instead of "wasting" methadone (which is the primary tool for keeping WDs away). Have you considered which you would like? I can be tempting to get something really euphoric like IR oxycodone, but I don't feel like oxycodone works that well together with methadone. I have been using morphine - but oral morphine sucks - and then ketobemidone. But ketobemidone is even more euphoric like oxycodone making it hard to NOT take because it methadone + ketobemidone is so much more euphoric than methadone alone and that is not exactly the point. That will just make one go through the medicin for breakthrough pain in a few days ending with one using methadone for breakthrough pain again.
 
I have just added
60 mg Methadone (140 mg total)
200 mg Tramadol (600 mg total - (Obs! Others should be careful with this dose, especially when mixed with Pregabalin. However, due to the benzo, I dare take it. Otherwise I would risk seizures)
2 mg Clonazepam (4 mg total)
10 mg Diazepam (20 mg total)

I am purifying some cocaine, I will finish the process today I think. Then it only needs to dry meaning it should be ready for saturday.. And hopefully I will get some lixdexamphetamine friday. Looking forward to the weekend :D

I have just added around 30 mg of Ketamine. I am still debating with myself whether or not this contributes or even potentiate the opiate high of if it is the opposite and that is ruins the opiate high if you take too much.
 
Added everything I planned to. Also been smoking pot almost nonstop today. Everything just seems like great, but you know even better lol %)

Haven't got this stoned in quite awhile. Kinda sucks that I went through what would normally be like 1 to possibly two weeks worth of food for me today haha

Btw my doctor thinks pregabalin should help with my nerve injury so he prescribed some which I'll be getting in a day or two. I don't know what dose it is or anything, I've had absolutely no experience with this drug in the past so I wanted to ask a question or two. How does it feel? Will the prescribed dose be psychoactive (I know this probably varies a lot but still)? Based on my normal drug cocktails do you think that this will be a nice addition (for anyone who hasn't noticed most days I enjoy very relaxing highs, benzodiazepines + opioids + dph (just low doses to increase the effects of downers not as a hallucinogen) and sometimes pot. That sorta thing. I also binge on speed sometimes when I need to get stuff done and trip on hallucinogens when I need to solve a emotional problem or just want to have fun, but that's beside the point here.) Just wondering if it'll increase the effects of benzodiazepines or opioids. Thanks in advance!

Just smoked a joint that came from a different source. Never got paranoid from weed in my life (even 100% fine eating a shitload of edibles with 0 tolerance a couple times when I was younger.) Anyway I was outside taking the last hit off the joint and suddenly I feel like I'm being watched (like 3 days awake on amphetamine level paranoia). Then I remember this thing on cases of clinical lycanthropy I read awhile back and was 100% convinced some werewolf like creature was going to run out of the woods and kill me (didn't have a gun on me because I don't carry any while under the influence, which made it even more scary for me.) Finally convinced myself of how ridiculous that is but still feel watched :sus:
Bout to sublingual another mg of Kpins, I'm also probably going to go a bit easier on the weed in the future... scared of being attacked by a werewolf wtf lol

Ignio I am hoping for IR oxycodone but not sure I would get that or even Roxicodone anything you can snort wouldn't be good for me at the moment. Plus i don't see it happening getting something for breakthrough pain which I would love an dneed. But like Ives said before I would love to get clean and see if exersise and living healthy for once would feel better for my nerve damage in my lower back. But it will take a while and for me to really say fuck it and feel the wd they came out with this new tool for wd symptoms here in Alaska so we will see supposed to take away up to 90% away until you get on vivitrol shot.

@cousincocaine damn bro gotta come down from them werewolves they gonna want to party hard with ya lol I'm happy to know your feeling better and not in pain and are enjoying your buprenorphine! Subutex is and can be good just don't go high on the mg on it and you will enjoy it for a long time I messed up thinking its like all the other opioids more is better which isn't the case. Stay low and or take low doses spread out during the day but stay less then 4 mg a day total. Feel way better .

I myself got ahold of an old friend and got some methadone so for 48 hours or more I had less then 25 mg might have been lil longer but I dosed 40mg right away and I'm high and can't sleep even tho I been up for 30 hours! So I figured I would get on bluelight and say high to everyone!!

^Sorry bout the sleep deprivation. As an insomniac for years I understand how that can be, without my temazepam I'd be completely miserable.
Laughing pretty hard about that werewolf thing myself this morning.

Anyone know how well buprenorphine goes with Dexedrine? Thinking of trying another pharmaceutical speedball (Dexedrine, Buprenorphine and Klonopin). I really don't want to waste any.
 
@Joe Bean; roxicodone = IR oxycodone.

@CousinCocaine; I don't like amphetamines with buprenorphine as I think suboxone/subutex is more than stimulating enough on its own. That's just me though.

Also, a werewolf, jeez. I've had bouts of paranoia from weed (or stims for that matter - or even worse, the combination) before. But never anything so, ehm, 'special' (:p) as fear of a werewolf. The feeling of being has happened to me though (this is pretty much the reason I take benzos daily)

Paranoia is also why I've pretty much entirely quit using cannabis. It just wasn't pleasant anymore. Except when combined with opiates and benzos, so I could in theory smoke daily again now that I'm on mmt.

But I don't because I'm far too glad that I don't feel the need to smoke daily anymore (the 7 years I did smoke daily I had strong cravings for weed and 'needed' it to be able to relax and it's actually a very very expensive if you're a heavy weed AND a heavy tobacco smoker). Weed easily cost me more in the past daily than my current opiate and benzo habit combined.

It's also a lot more fun (and effective) now that I'm able to just smoke occasionally, something I couldn't do in the past. I used to go nuts with boredom if I didn't have weed.

Debating whether I'll go to my GP for oxy today or just wait till Monday. I'm leaning towards waiting since I have plenty of 'done so I don't really feel a strong urge. I would like to make them last long enough to take them with me on vacation somewhere around the 113th. I need to go before the end of the month though because on the 31 my GP is leaving on vacation.

Opis + benzos tend to make me type out stuff just a wee bit too detailed when often I could have explained it with a lot fewer words. :D oh well... At least I'm super duper interesting! 8) =D

After plugging Meth about 8 times now I really see it as the best route, don't know why a gay druggie would not opt for it the first time it was mentioned as a R.O.A. haha.

I feel like k decreases the high of opiates but does add pain relief.

IR oxycodone would be nice.. In Denmark ER oxycodone is called OxyContin (like in the US) and IR oxycodone is called OxyNorm. I love OxyNorm, very euphoric however short it is. Is "Roxicodone" IR oxycodone?

What about Oxymorphone (Opana)? Would you be able to get that? From what I hear it is absolutely brilliant together with Methadone. Oxymorphone is not available in Denmark, where I live, and most - if not all - European countries, so I am so jealous about that. I would love to try it. I know a couple of people who live in the US and come to Denmark in longer perioids (they are traveling tattooers); I asked them about the possibility of bringing oxymorphone, but on black markets the price is absolutely insane (hope this is vague enough to be okay in relation to the rules).

I am close to agreeing with you.
Until now I haven't felt like ketamine can boost an opiate high, I have been trying different amounts that are getting smaller and smaller. I will try a very little ketamine - about 10 mg and see. But in terms of pain it is increadible. The nerve damage in my right arm are making it feel like my arm is sleeping all the time - and suddenly it can feel like I have my arm in a freezer and 10 secs after it feel like it is on fire. Ketamine removes this completely. Benzo's take most of it, but a small amount remains. Without benzo's the pringling feeling from "the sleep feeling" is so strong that it is impossible to sleep.

Back to the topic:
I had hoped the coke I am purifying would be ready for tonight. It is not, however :/ It is still running through the filter. So I have taken 1 gram from the unpurified coke - it is about 50-60% pure - and been snorting a couple of lines of that - around 0,4 grams coke and 30 mg Diazepan, 6 mg Clonazepam and 6 mg Alprazolam plus ~100 mg ketamine.

Even though I have only taken 30 mg Methadone today I feel good. I hope that the small amount of methadone today will make the methadone I take tomorrow feel much better than normally.

But compared to more pure cocaine this cocaine have a lot of side effects, it is not really worth taking compared to coke that are 85%-99% pure. On the street 60-70% is about the best cocaine you get in DK and it is rare and costs a lot. I don't miss the days where I was a newbie to the entire drug game and bought cocaine that were at best 30% pure. The average purity of street cocaine seized by the police in Denmark in 2015 was 36,6%

Not that I doubted you Pill2Chill (you actually seem to one of the most knowledgeable people on the forum. Not trying to suck up to the Moderator, just honestly think you really know your shit, especially when it comes to opioids.) but curiosity got the better of me + I had a thing or two I needed to be sorta alert for today so I took the Dexie. I'm actually enjoying the mixture personally, lots of euphoria and energy, but it does somewhat take away from the serenity opioids and benzodiazepines alone provide so I can see why some dislike it.

While I'm feeling so talkative I think I'll talk a bit about my experiences with pharmaceutical speedballs. Best opioids I've found to use so far have been methadone, oxycodone and oddly enough hydrocodone (although my recipe for it's a bit different.) Worst was tramadol, luckily I had a benzodiazepine in the mix because it was before I was aware of the seizure risk associated with tramadol + amphetamine, it didn't really do anything but cancel each other out. Buprenorphine isn't one of my favorites for this but it's definitely not bad. The other opiate I've tried is codeine, I'm honestly neutral about it because one time it was sorta like the tramadol and didn't do much but I did it another time but at a much higher dose, allowed it to have time to pass through my liver and metabolize into morphine then when the effects became "strong" I did a line of dextroamphetamine, the high was amazing but fairly short. In the future I'd like to try it with fentanyl, hydromorphone and good ol' sister morphine.
-My usual "recipe" is take X opioid, Benadryl and/or promethazine many times right with anywhere from .5-3mg of Klonopin (dose is dependent on strength of the opiate as well as my benzodiazepine and amphetamine tolerance). Just before they fully kick in I take 15mg Dexedrine, sometimes up to 30mg if I have a decent amphetamine tolerance at the time or am using a higher dosage of opioids and or benzodiazepines, if I'm using longer acting opioids I leave the Dexedrine capsules and beads intact to preserve the extended release, when using opiates with a short duration I crush the Dexedrine. Then when they all reach full effect and I'm slumped back on my chair or in bed thinking to myself "there's no possible way this could be more euphoric." I pop 15-30mg (again depends on many factors) of temazepam and reach a level of complete peace and comfort that words can't describe. (Holy shit after reading that I'm a bit hesitant to post it because it seems like it could be a huge trigger for those trying to stay clean... truly sorry about that)
-Here's the "recipe" that I've found works best for hydrocodone, it turns a mediocre opiate into something awesome. Start with 10mg hydrocodone (yep only 10mg, I always do this when I have super low or no tolerance), 25mg-50mg tramadol (just to add a little more kick, I know it's normally a bad idea to mix with uppers but I've never had a single problem with this combination but I'd urge others to be very cautious tho), 1-1.5mg Klonopin, 10mg Valium, 25mg DPH, 12.5mg promethazine and 15mg temazepam (all the benzodiazepines at the same time with this mixture). Then when I'm so exhausted I can barely stay awake (or move lol) I crush up 10mg of Dexedrine and take it for the quick onset and short duration, then take the other 5mg Dexedrine that's still intact. It's amazing for a bit less than 3hrs, then I redose with about 2.5mg hydrocodone every hour until the Dexedrine wears off the whole time is amazing.
If there isn't already one there should be a thread were people can share their own speedball recipes, think about it...
Now I have several things to mention for the sake of harm reduction. Anyone new to speedballs (pharmaceutical or otherwise) be very very careful! They can be extremely addictive and come with risks that aren't associated with using the drugs separately. Also if you aren't told by your dr or don't have a lot of experience with either or both and have a decent tolerance to one or the other, never mix benzodiazepines and opioids it can be very dangerous!

Sorry about all that, I currently have a low amphetamine tolerance so I can't shut the fuck up. Now back to what I did this morning...

- 2mg buprenorphine (Saving 2mg more for later. Might just take 1mg if my pain!s still under control and I'm feeling ok)
- 1mg Klonopin (Also saving another mg for later. Feeling relaxed enough for now)
- 15mg Dexedrine Spansule

Feeling great for now but I have a lot of stuff planned/saved for later. Besides just the extra buprenorphine and Klonopin I also have 15mg of temazepam and a few spliffs rolled in case the nerve pain gets worse again (it's high CBD medium THC, I thought maybe it could help my pain but now make me paranoid again) hopefully the pharmacy gets my Lyrica filled soon.

Ok ya roxicodone is like IR oxycodone you can snort, shoot and whatever you wish but I believe it comes in 10,15,30 same as IR oxycodone here in US. The old OC is no long available in US as far as I know it's the OP and it sucks. So your lucky to have the old OC version make sure me wanna come see Denmark for real! I miss them that bad so many other countries still have the old version. Damn government why can't they just let us be like Portugal lol

And I was talking about this new devise they put behind your ear it's called The Bridge Devise look it up it supposed to take away 90% wd symptoms away so you can stay clean and get on vivitrol shot with long actions opioids like methadone and buprenorphine it takes almost two weeks to get on vivitrol so most don't make that at all long time to go without and be in hell! I've heard good things and it's huge in alaska right now many of my friends know people getting it done to get off dope or pills. I have perm nerve damage from riding on a SUV and falling off while drunk. I rarely drink anymore due to the meds which is a good thing. I think Denmark has a lot of weather similar to alaska correct?

So today doc didn't give me anything for breakthrough maybe next time lol but I do have some morphine 15s coming soon I'm excited to add that to my methadone. The doc did prescribe gabapentin 600mg anyone know much about this stuff will it add anything to my methadone?

Today I've dosed 60mg and I'm high I feel tired cuz the sleep thing but I keep drifting in and out of feeling great and kinda sleepy state on my bed with the fan on it's a hot one today in Alaska 75 I think lol
