The EADD Trifle Annoyed Thread - Wobbly & Custard

The problem with ignore is you still get the quotes and threads become impossible to follow if you dont un-ignore from time to time to find out whats happening.....it doesnt work
 
The ignore function can be pretty frustrating when people are talking about a subject you have no idea about or replying with information that you know is incorrect or potentially dangerous etc

It's best to simply ignore them, just don't reply to them - when people reply it just keeps that fire burning the more people feeding the flames the longer it burns.
 
I know the NHS is busy n I understand this but over two weeks ago I phoned up my consultant's secretary asking for a letter to say I'm Registered visual impaired. I need this to renew my bus pass as they want proof annually n the bus costs an absolute fortune n I've places to get to. Until this is sorted I'm basically stuck at home. I understand they're busy but surely it doesn't take over two weeks to send a letter. I've got the dentist to go to later n goodness knows how I'm going to get there as I've no money until tomorrow I had to buy washing powder. Dont get my money until tomorrow.

Not really annoyed more stressed n combermed because until this is sorted I'm not able tp gp volunteering or do any of my other stuff because the buses are extremely deae.

Sorry about the vent I needed to say summit. I could try askinh the GP for a letter but they're busy n I don't want to take their time over this.

Why not call the gp and ask if they can write a letter for you, surely a dr doesn't need to write it, a receptionist could do it n the dr could sign it n you could pick it up?

I thimk I'll do that then if the hospital don't send it at least I have that. After Easter I want to get out more so I'm not on here as much. Thanks x

FUMING!!!!!' Waited half an hour for the bus so decided to get a taxi. Six times I tried calling the dentist and six the laxy bitch let it ring. By gawd if I'd done that working for the NHS I'd have had my ass handed to me. Wast £8.50 to be told the demtist wont see me now as I'm too late. I showed her my phone with 6 missed calls n she has a right bitchy attitude saying she had other calls then put the answering machine on or at least put them om hold n answer it obvious if someone is ringing n ringing they're trying to get through. I let her have it. I'm sorry but millions of people want jobs n the ones who them are lazy cunts.

I love wasting £8.50 plus £5 overdraft charge plus £3.5p to get back on the bus. May not be a lot but when you're a single mam on bemefits its a lot of money n i lost it big time so no one give me lectures about not taking certain stuff as right now i need to chill.

Cant they put the drip on a mobile stand rather than the one attached to the bed? Ask them. We always would for patients that wanted to go for a fag or a walk. Unless there is some reason they want you in bed they should be happy to sort it out.
 
That's bloody awful, G. I'd never trust people in the work place. Most are backstabbers, sly, very nice to you while smirking and knifing you behind your back. With saying that, I'd contact your finance department as it may be a genuine mistake that will hopefully get resolved. £500 is too much money to lose and you can't help being in hospital you needed operation. Damn drugs. I wish I'd never touched them as they're cursed me n destroyed my life. I dont give a fuck what anyone says taking them has been the worst mistake of life. Before I was radiating in energy like electric now I'm fucking tired all the time n wondering if my energy will ever come back with article shit.

Have you recently reduced your subs dose, by any chance, Evey?

It's totally normal to take awhile to adjust to a medication change. You're just going to have to take it easy for a few days. You've said it yourself, there are no shortcuts ..... But the symptoms of opiate withdrawal do usually go away by themselves if you simply avoid opiates for long enough.
