Opioids Dilaudid/hydromorphone MEGA THREAD and FAQ

Hydromorphone 16 mg ER. Maker is Mallinckro. Can they be prepared for injection?

Are the Mallinckro P295 ERs compatible for injection? How would they be prepared?
 
SWIM is prescribed 16mg Exalgo Er for CRPS (RSD). There are days that the pain is so bad, he needs to feel the relief ASAP. He does not use needles and is ok plugging them. He wonders the correct method. He sucks the coating off and then removes a thin plastic covering. Under that, it is an all white pill that can be crushed. Then what?
Your advice is appreciated so that I can pass it on.
 
Dude, SWIM is not allowed on BL. We all know it's you, so if you do get a decent answer, you can pass it along to yourself. Sorry for the sarcasm but I must have seen 4-5 SWIM posts tonight alone!
 
I'm ok with being on the receiving end of your frustration. So what if it is me, or my friend, or the neighbor down the street? I'm just looking for an answer please.
 
Just got some 8s what's a good potentiater I just snorted 3 and nothing and I don't have access to a rig . what should I do prepare it like iv and snort or just snort small bumps every 5 mins?

plugging is 3 times stronger and can easily cause overdose. I was able to crush up a small bit of pill and pour into cappsule, add a drop of water, and shove it up my ass before the water dissolved the pill (not an easy task).

But It is 3-5X stronger than snorting

really hmm might try it I haven't plugged anything ever so I might give it a whirl I just don't have anything to d it not even a turkey baster.
 
I used an empty capsule. Got a capsule supplement out of the medicine cabinent, disposed of the contents and filled with dilauded, use a little spit and lay down with your legs up (sounds funny haha) so you don't crush the capsule and dilly shoving it in your ass. go as deep as you can, about 2.5-3 inches and you are all set. Keep in mind that water and spit will dissolve or collapse the capsule, so work fast when it is wet.

AND DONT USE MUCH, YOU WILL OD AND DIE

Why don't you just get an oral syringe? Also, it's better not to go too deep. 1-2 inches is good. Too deep and it won't absorb as well.
 
^^^ well you are standing up, eventually, if I only went an inch it would leak out of my asshole, gravity pulls it down to that zone anyway and it absorbs the entire way.

And I've used an oral syringe b4, but they are not just laying around like capsuled supplements are. Plus they use like a ML of water min. which almost feels like a load, so I've got a personal aversion.
 
My crazy imaginary elephants never plugged anything before and honestly isn't really comfortable with doing that. He says he just wants to know how to make it more efficient by snorting and he says he's heard a few different methods from reading through some other peoples threads and even this one. He just want to know if there is any science to use different methods to get the highest bio availability snorting. He knows a lot of people are gonna say just iv it and he wants to but has no access to clean rigs. One of his friends that got them ivd one in front of him knowing how bad he wanted to try it but he wasn't that desperate to use a dirty one. Canucks got it good amuricah would never allow for people just to get clean ones when people are gonna do what they want might as well help people out to make it safer so people aren't dying and passing diseases but maybe it's for the best he says he would prob go off the chain sorry my imaginary elephants rants over lol
 
Has anyone seen d's in blue and white capsules with no markings I'm just trying to figure out what mg they are
 
Anyone heard of Hydrmorphone csusing stomach pain/cramps/spasms? Pretty harsh pain enough to have me on the floor just hoping it will stop... Last anywhere from 10 mins to an hour so far..

I have been taking Norco and oxycodone daily for 3 years and they do not cause this. In fact they do the opposite (WD causes stomach issues and taking more Norco or oxycodone stops it).

So tolerwnfe cannot be the issue... Is there something different with Hydrmorphone? Maybe it's the cheap Roxane generics?

And before anyone says constipation, I used the bathroom fully and still had it happen next day. I normally do not drink water but have started, so unlikely dehydration.......If it was me drinking water along with sports drinks would have stopped or at least lessened these "stomach pain attacks" from occurring but they seem to have not, it has happened 7-8 times now over the last month... Once 2 days In a row

I'm confused here. Maybe it's something else and started to happen shortly after I started taking Hydrmorphone?
 
The only way I've ever done dilaudids was IV. That was back in my junkie days. I'm thinking of asking my doctor for just two because I just need a break from the fact that the closest person to my is dying of liver cancer. I'd like to inject it, and I know you don't a prescription, but I have this thing that anyone thinks you're a junkie. Funny cuz I was in my 20's and now I'm 59. How do you approach getting syringes? Local drugstore or via snail mail. Also, what's all this talk about micro filters. I would put crushed pill in spoon of water, dissolve and stir around a little, and just use a piece of cotton, and I was fkd up, and for much longer than 1/2 hour. Plus, I was hitting up 4-6mg at a time and just enjoyed it until it wore off. Can't say the same thing about H. Enjoyment, beyond belief, when it wore off, well I think anyone who has been a junkie knows what I'm talking about.

I take 6 10mg Vicodin daily, but I don't think you can hit them up. Even if you can, I think there's too much filler to be worth it.

I just got generic Exalgo 16 mg ER 24HR. the pill says P295. And says "abuse resistant". It has a shell around it but when I remove the rest if the pill crushes up to powder easily. Is this snortable like this or do I need to do something to it to make it that way. And also will I get the full affect.
