Oh oh......
Hehehehe get away with ye "oh oh" lol
Vurt some interesting point. I mean when we look at Nazi Germany. That all stemmed from Hitler using the Jews as scategoats. Been awhile since I've studied this stuff (1995-6) so excuse my ignorance. Germany owed a lot of money from losing WW1. Hitler wanted power n he was extremely clever, using the high unemployment as a way of winning people. Using the jews as scapegoats, we all know the story here, so thus won't go on n on but, by doing so the unemployment in German "rose." In 1933 Hitler became chancellor of Germany n in 1939 WW2 broke out. What I'm saying is that religion played its part here, though may not have been the whole picture. If I remember rightly, Hotler had been bullied by jews n thus formed stereotypical views towards then.
What are your views on WW2 and the part that religion had to play in regards to it?

) cos it's actually really quite an interesting doc about the use of "Oracles" in Tibetan Buddhism. This is the kinda thing you'd usually expect to see in an Exorcist sequel but is very much a part of that particular branch of Buddhism's current practice - not only on religious matters but also as an official advisory for government (in exile) matters too. To be fair, the Delai does point out that it's only taken as one set of advice equal amonst others but I for one was not aware such practices were still so intrinsic let alone an aspect of decision-making.
