Not bad. Still went for a 4 hour run today and enjoyed it, something that wouldn't have happened if I dosed up on any of the previous substances last night.
They're largely analogues / very similar drugs, to your current list of prohibited substances, no? amt/ecstasy lsz/lsd etc
actually most of those drugs *would* allow you to run just fine the day after. and probably be less unhealthy for your liver in the process... not that we ll ever know for sure.

Erm, as long as you aren't a heavy daily drinker alcohol is not really any trouble to the developed liver.
