Gibberings CLXXVI - We might have hit 100 before one of these dopey fuckers noticed

I had to look up placid in dictionary cos english is not my first language and I have a lot of dumb.

Definition read "not easily excited".

Synonym: even-tempered. Maybe you meant Evel-tempered.

I think your English is quite good, to be fair. I have a lot of admiration for people who learn A second language n use it on a day to day basis. I couldn't do it'd be frightened out of my wits.

House hunting, means a return to sporadic benzo use :(

I dont get why you find house hunting so stressfull unless you are trying to ram too many viewings into too short a space of time? I found it interesting to visit new and different areas and to see inside different houses. Are you looking to buy or rent?

With hindsight i can say that if possible it would be a good idea to view houses in the evenings when the neighbours are home, that way you will know before you move in what the soundproofing in the property is like, and whether your neighbours are noisy bastards or not. Something which can cause a lot of annoyance and friction.

iPad Mini (retina) is great... I am an apple whore though bar laptops.)

and I had such high hopes for you, the fruity products will never cross my threshold, not even that snazy watch thing.

I've never been a fan, I agree they have a talent for the aesthetic and often produce quality UIs but that is wherr=e their innovation' ends. You can get better and cheaper in almost every way.

I think they are running into problems, people like them because they are so easy to integrate i.e. everything connects first time because it was designed to. But the new generation are so much more tech savy so don't need Apple to hold their hand ( and steel their money)

You can get a decent 7inch android tablet for £100 and it does almost anything the Ipad does and how much are they ?? I rate the Asus memopad HD7 much the same as a Nexus but without the branding.

Buying, over 200 miles away from where i've lived for the past 45 years, i'm a bit institutionalised :(

Apple are ace. Lose your iPhone, iPad n info automatically restored.

The other week I "lost" my iPhone, ordered myself a new contract tp get another. Once I had it home I simply loaded up my laptop, iTunes, connected in the iPhone, sat back n within a few minutes had a complete replica of my old iPhone, including the Matrix wallpaper.

Mirtazapine had one of those yesterday found it very calming did just what it was need for

I didnt get on with them, they made the whole derealisation thing worse but I know they can work well for those who dont tolerate ADs, I believe they are actually some kind of antihistamine, side effects seem much less common that with say SSRIs.

I know that for many they really help with sleep, I had high hopes for them and stuck them out for about 3 months, I constantly felt like I was just starting to come up on LSD...not in a nice way

Agree with allein i was prescribed mirtazapine for 8 months but had to ditch them cos it felt like i was dropping acid every night i got to sleep on them alright but i had the most horrible vivid HD nightmare i have ever had off them can still remember the nightmares clearly.
I would never take them again plus the high dose 45mg tabs made me very groggy the next day dont like them at all.

I know others that get on well with them though, maybe our brains are already fried ;)

Hows your weekend been?

Evey

I've had a nice weekend, thank you Eve. Hope you have enjoyed yours ? Having a few drinks, catching up with PM's or Ill get told off :D. Pretty gutted as was supposed to be travelling tomorrow (Korea)- had to canx that and was looking to then travel 1st week October, that has also gone out of the window.

(its actually starting to cool down here so may have a week around the pool instead of travelling :D)

Well i cant rule out this theory lol i have taken large amounts of mdma and lsd over the last few years they certainly didnt agree with my brain chemistry but the bloke that reccomended them to me found them excellent and he was a very light drug user so they certainly work for some. You couldnt pay me to take them again though

Awhhh I'm sorry you had to cancel your plans. That sucks. Are you able to re-schedule? Things always happen for a reason, I think, and maybe something is meant to happen which can't happen with you travelling - ya never know.

It's getting cooler here too n I'm please because I love Autumn. It's like shutting a thick curtain on a busy , hot day , when all is cosy n momentary, precious, still n tranquil. Love my sweet , cosy Autumns.
